WCG Malaysia 2011 was won by DuskBin.Cobo!
Cobo lost to pRoRenson in the Winner's Bracket final, which put him in the Loser's Bracket final against RiseN. Cobo managed to come out on top, narrowly fending off RiseN for a 2-1 victory.
Cobo then proceeded to beat pRoRenson in the Grand Final. Due to Renson winning the Winner's bracket, he only needed to win one Bo3 whereas Cobo needed to beat Renson in two Bo3's to take the title.
Renson took the first game and only needed to win one more to take the championship. However, Cobo came back strong and won the next 2 games to take the first set 2-1. Starting anew, Cobo won the next set 2-0 over Renson to win.
