Ex: It is round five and you have 3 wins and one loss, you will probably be matched up against someone with 3 wins and one loss.

The players with the top 16 scores will be seeded into a single elimination 16 man bracket.

It'll be interesting to see how this turns out.

I'd love to talk to you about a follow up tournament (and sponsoring a decent chunk of money into it to build out the popularity), if you are interested in continuing this.

I'm interested in trying out a concept similar to this with a little added natural chaos:

A custom map with a random float of a small amount of minerals. Something like 50% you start with 50 minerals, 25% you start with 100 minerals, 15% 200 minerals 5% 200 minerals 50 gas (ideally this would get community feedback as to not unbalance into an all-in fest). This'll add that initial factor to let noobs feel like they at least have some chance against the pros, but obviously a small enough extra factor that they can still win in any situation with strong play.

Anyway, if you or anyone else is interested, feel free to send me a PM.

Well if we did do that it could leave way to much up to luck, 200/50 early game is game breaking, there is practically nothing you could do skill wise to defend it, you could go 7 pylon/(8/9) gateway without missing a probe, that would be huge! Something like that would leave almost too much up to luck, although I will PM you about follow up tourneys for sure.

By the looks of it none have signed up yet and if you sign up and you are the only one to sign up you get the first place $100 prize.

And I haven't heard any interest from the higher up pros as of yet.
