dr.shrinker Norway369 Posts September 18 2009 12:34 GMT #1 Alright! Guess I'll make a thread aswell. Streaming some D+/C- games, it's lowranked, i know, but I hope some may still enjoy it. Playing protoss since it's ezpz, and i get raped whenever i play terran and zerg. If you got any pointers, please give them to me, hoping to improve and might reach C or something this season (yeah, I gotta play a LOT to get there, i know!) Link: www.livestream.com/norgecssinvite

eXigent. Canada2419 Posts November 17 2009 18:50 GMT #7 just watched you play vs grobyc on HBR. Im not sure why you decided to push the bottom route, instead of the top. His 3rd base is at the top, and its fairly easy to get your froce onto the high ground at the top and push from there (he has alot of small choke points he has to get through), this stops him from defending his 3rd , and sets you up to take your 3/rd (or 4th) at the top left base. A good opening I use on HBR against toss, is 4fact timing rush. You time it so you push out just as his 3rd nexus is warping. You push to the top mineral only base (or bottom mineral only base), and seige push from there. The small choke, and the ability to not only shoot his 3rd nexus, but his units on the ground below makes it very strong. Just watch for him trying to counter your natural with his army, so it's best to keep re-enforcements at home until its safe, as well as a barracks / depot wall

I don't hunger for a new starcraft-game either, perfectly pleased with broodwar, both graphic- and gameplay-wise.
