After failing miserably at some manual modding in the most pathetic way, I decided to just delete the game folder, and use my old backup. I did this, thinking I was allowed to dl the updates again, from Steam, however, it turns out I'm not. When I try to open it with SKSE, it tells me I need to update my version of Skyrim. I can open the launcher and all that, but when I press Play, it loads for some secs, but then the launcher is closed and nothing happens. I checked Elder scrolls support section, and looked at patches. It only displays patches for Oblivion and Morrowind, not for Skyrim. Is there any easy way to get these updates, or do I have to uninstall the game, and re-install it from scratch? | ||

Right click on Skyrim from your games library -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache Reinstalling should definitely work though, so it might save you time to just go ahead and reinstall instead of trying to fix the problem. | ||

Lindsey Stirlings new one, you may have seen her Zelda or LOTR melodies.. here is the Skyrim theme. Pretty awesome, only this guys voice (he does that style where he makes all the instrument noises himself) and her violin. | ||
