I think out of the roughly 1k games I have played 850-900 have been in the jungle, 30-50 toplane, 2-3 mid, 4-6 adc and the rest support. Kind of dumb in retrospect actually ^^

Looks like my talks with TLHQ worked out in the end. We're obviously and rightfully in "Others" but that is no longer toggled off by default. We also get our own representative link in the "Forum" drop down menu as well. Cheers all around, score one for the good guys. ![]() Also thanks to Nazgul and TLHQ for not forgetting about our little community.

Also for me, I'd say Support >= AD Carry > Jungle > Top >> Mid I don't think I've played mid properly for like, a year and a half at least.

In terms of skill, Mid>Support>Jungle>Top>ADC I'm a pretty good support, and try to keep timers of wards and summoner spells and global ults as well as direct where the team should go at what times. This works pretty well in premade 5's. In solo queue, however.. can't trust the ADC to have common sense so I'd rather not support unless my duo partner is the AD.

Skill-wise, I suppose I'm Mid > Top >> Support >>> ADC >>>> (several thousand lesser than signs later) jungle. And for clarification, my support is really bad. I need to branch out to more than just mid and top, to be honest....

Now he's back on support because he couldn't carry in da jungle (among other reasons). I only remember Chauster playing whacky shit like Galio support but I mean I'm sure he can play up to LCS NA standards but Chau ain't no Godlife. Doesn't even possess an inkling of Godlife's powers. I think Chau's probably the most over rated player NA and has been for a long time. All I remember was Chau said jungle was his worst position. The main reason Chau was jungler was cuz hotshotgg in jungle was actually worse. Chau mechanically no godlife or xpecial or anywhere near that world-class support. But the difference between Chauster and them; with doublelift is. If madlife plays with doublelift; doublelift plays better. If Chauster plays with doublelift; doublelift becomes a better player.

I mained mid for about 200 games when I started the game. Then I realized jungle was cool, and spammed around 300 jungle games. After that, I was mad at all those top laners getting fed 1v1 and carrying, so I decided to play it extensively. This went on to about 600 games. It then dawned on me that AD and supports needed some of my time, because most players sucked at those roles anyway, and playing them properly when nobody calls for them makes a very clear difference. But I didn't spam games playing either, just went with the flow. At the moment, if I had to chose, based on my personnal skills, I'd say I'm there : Top >>> AD caster mid > AD > Jungle > Support > AP caster mid > Jayce (seriously, I suck so much with that guy).

LP means nothing, and is just for show, your MMR/ELO is all that matters and it's really low. Also when your MMR and LP even out the gains/losses will be normalized. So once that hits you will go from +1/-20 or w/e, to normal point gains/losses. So you would NOT need 100 wins, probably after 10 or so in a row you would see it normalize out. Example: When I got into Silver 1 I went from +20/-20~ on my games to +4/-10. After what seemed like forever (one month or so), I started getting better at the game and winning a lot. My MMR actually ended up getting way higher than my LP, and it went to +25/-6~ until it promoted me to Gold V. One thing I do agree with is the system is very frustrating in that aspect. I was getting so upset being stuck around 0 LP, but all of a sudden when the time was right the system recognized it, and basically forced me to be promoted. There needs to be some more transparency or LoL needs to be more harsh with demotions. I think it would be a lot less frustrating if it just demoted you to the right spot so you can get normal LP gains again. Edit: For what it's worth, I do fully understand your frustration as a friend of mine is experiencing the same thing atm. I wrote an tweet to RiotLyte about it, as I see A LOT of frustration with this from players. Hope Riot does something to make it more clear and less frustrating. If only Riot used a system that used just one number to show your actual rating. A number that you could physically see. A number that increased and decreased with wins and losses.

Even IdrA keeps saying that his opponents make "stupid" decision, but in reality any decision that wins you games is a good decision. That is absolutely not true There can be a decision that will win you the game 25% of the time and another one that will win you the game 75% of the time, the former option is always a bad choice even if it wins you a game. The easiest example you could find is some risky lvl1 invades, which will win you some games, but lose a lot more than they win.
