When I played more often, it was something like this. It's more on what I have most experience with:
Jungle >>> Support = ADC >= Mid >>>>> Top
Granted, that's not to say I can actually play any of these roles well. I learned jungle for a specific purpose, and realized I could make it work for what was needed. So, I kept learning different champions in that role. I then lost the purpose, and am all over the place in what I play now. So, ARAM ALL DAY! GGGG
I also want to say, I miss the beta days because I have such a lack of runes+champions. It's not that I'd play every single thing out there, but being able to change runes around for a specific champion in mind is nice. nostalgia~

I had played dota during my haitus, my mechanics are better than ever. The only thing i have to improve is my game knowledge. I'm playing support mostly, I always end up positive during my games, i place a ton of wards. I counter ward. People either go afk or go off 1v5 and die over and over and feed people. 2) My league keeps dropping, so I'm playing worse and worse players. It's not fun to play versus worse players. Even if I start winning now, i have to win 100 games right now to up a division (1 LP a win). I'm getting majorly frustrated playing the games I am now, hence I'm starting another account. Now if we could PLEASE get to my original question, that would be great :/ No one that I have seen is trying to flame you. We are all telling you the truth is all. LP means nothing, and is just for show, your MMR/ELO is all that matters and it's really low. Also when your MMR and LP even out the gains/losses will be normalized. So once that hits you will go from +1/-20 or w/e, to normal point gains/losses. So you would NOT need 100 wins, probably after 10 or so in a row you would see it normalize out. Example: When I got into Silver 1 I went from +20/-20~ on my games to +4/-10. After what seemed like forever (one month or so), I started getting better at the game and winning a lot. My MMR actually ended up getting way higher than my LP, and it went to +25/-6~ until it promoted me to Gold V. One thing I do agree with is the system is very frustrating in that aspect. I was getting so upset being stuck around 0 LP, but all of a sudden when the time was right the system recognized it, and basically forced me to be promoted. There needs to be some more transparency or LoL needs to be more harsh with demotions. I think it would be a lot less frustrating if it just demoted you to the right spot so you can get normal LP gains again. Edit: For what it's worth, I do fully understand your frustration as a friend of mine is experiencing the same thing atm. I wrote an tweet to RiotLyte about it, as I see A LOT of frustration with this from players. Hope Riot does something to make it more clear and less frustrating. If only Riot used a system that used just one number to show your actual rating. A number that you could physically see. A number that increased and decreased with wins and losses.

I'd say it's more because a bunch of regulars here are more level-headed than average, so we aren't as focused toward playing that one role/champ (insert mean but friendly diss at Scip here), and it's the community's perception of Jungle/Support that makes us default to that when we decide to just fill in the needs.
I always end up jungling in premade normals because apart from one guy (and then they usually send me top) who jungles from time to time, none of them play it, and there's even one who goes passive aggressive saying "I can jungle, but then you'll play 4v5 and I'll farm" (it's the guy defaulting to splitpush w/o wards with any single champ as soon as the team falls behind tho, gave up on teaching him).

For me it is Support>Top>ADC>Mid>Jungle
I play all roles fairly competently, although I hate to jungle and sometimes I do really stupid stuff because I don't play it enough. I think Mid might be one of my better positions, but I rarely get to play it because if someone asks for it I usually oblige. Otherwise the rate at which I play stuff roughly corresponds to how good I am at that role.

Doing shit that some people would think "nah he wont do that, it's too risky/dumb/whatever" is a good way to outplay your opponent. IdrA (and many of other people) have this idea of ideal play in every situation, but the ideal play depends on your opponent, mindgames and all that stuff. So if you do something that's not expected because it's seen as subpar, and you win because your opponent didn't even take it into consideration, you won by doing a "bad" decision.
Edit: I agree with what you said, but I don't think that's exactly what I meant. It's late and I'm tired, maybe I'm just wrong lol.
