Yeah it's either gonna be OP or they're going to try to compensate by giving him really high base cooldowns in which case it's a bad passive

except that xin can dash to instantly get in range and makes it easier to attack.
Also I double scarner's steroid is as powerful as Xin's W.

There's a thread on the official forums claiming Blitz' grab is currently pulling people through BV/Spell Shields. I'm in the queue so I can't test at the moment.

He was.500 and rank 1 according to the computer. you misunderstand that rating is just your group rating (when u start a game it says what group u are in, think of like it's sc2 divisions also.go to the ladder and check towers and you will see scy pretty high up.
skarners ult is basically MKs scorpion he just looks like a normal scorpion (scorpions sting the do not pull the victins towards them. they dont need to with their poison as far as I know)

I'm actually kinda impressed with these patch notes. Buffs errywhere is always better than nerfs errywhere. In a perfect world, every hero would feel OP.

What part of it doesn't make sense? AD on quints/reds probably because his abilities have good AD scaling, and then the hero is a melee dps so obv can't build glass cannon. He runs armor yellows and scaling mr blues as well. If anything this suggests that he's a pretty quick jungler if Phreak doesn't feel that he needs offensive spec to keep up in jungle.

I was refering to ad reds and quints. If you do that, then you are doing an offensive jungle relative to the minions: trying to kill them faster by specing your ad and abilities up. You essentially are saying i want to clear the jungle as fast as possible. But phreak then wastes that by going defense tree instead of 21-0-9. If he wants to do a defensive jungle build, he should be using mpen or armpen imo to be useful late game instead of early game.

Confirmed that Blitz' grab pulls through BV and Sivir's Spell Shield. Doesn't break them either. It wasn't crashing the game in custom games at least.
