Pholon says dont discuss it. they discuss it. he bans them. pretty ban-worthy in my opinion. this is regardless of the fact that most of them are assholes anyways for bringing up such an irrelevant issue in the Eclypsia thread. they announced her as a player, not as a woman. stay on topic or gtfo. | ||

Most people were banned for ignoring the moderator, but that description neither fits Scarlett nor would be appropriate to the topic. Tolerance can not be inclusive of ignorance, where ignorance is expressed in a bigoted or offensive way such that it aims to hurt someone else. On topic for this thread though, wow Kwark! B.I.G. was just temp banned for 2 days by KwarK. That account was created on 2010-08-14 21:13:10 and had 1243 posts. Reason: I find your belief that rape is inevitable whenever men have power over women to be a disgusting abdication of responsibility and part of the systemic denial of the personal responsibility of the rapist in these cases. If you want to end rape in the military you hold rapists to account for their crimes rather than collectively writing off all men as uncontrollable animals. Concluding that women need to be treated differently for their own protection is bullshit, rape isn't a women's issue, it's an ongoing crime that is predominantly perpetrated by men. Your view is part of the wider institutionalised sexism which excuses rapists, blames women and writes men off as incapable of making moral decisions by themselves. | ||
