After 3-4 games with people denying I'm finally put in a game, random furion... someone leaves... Ok then. Go back to MM, usual 3-4 denies, get puts in a game and someone doesn't load. SWEEEEEET. Then I stay in queue for a good 5 minutes while people deny over and over. Finally find another game, random Void, my team picks nice heroes... someone on the other team leaves. I am already mad by this point, find another game rather quickly but I random zeus, team picks shitty heroes and three guys are only speaking japaneese... this is going to be a nice one i can feel it. | ||

I wouldn't be surprised if they are alt-tabbed or something and don't hear the queue pop for them. It's happened to me before where I'll alt-tab back in and realize I missed my queue. It's a side-effect of having longer queue times, something that will probably be remedied when it leaves the beta stage and the playerbase explodes. | ||

We are: Tiny/PA/Pudge/Jugger/Puck (Jugger as a glorious lastpick). PA --> Vlads first. BF after 35 minutes (he did not even lane bad, his item choices just made him useless)... Pudge --> Hood after 30 minutes while constantly sending with his mic being generally useless. Jugger --> Shadowblade and playing as if he was a (bad) Bountyhunter stealing lasthits and not fighting in 1on2/2on2's when it would be easily winnable.... On top of that: Cent on enemy team. /sigh | ||

Pick CM, thinking that I can babysit. Nope. Have to (yes, HAVE TO) go mid. Not so bad, if only my enemy mid wasn't SF. Dafuq am I supposed to do against him, can't even rush Bottle because I went for courier+regen. Well, we take a lead, thanks to ganks all around, but then the Riki on the enemy team hits 6 and picks people off left right and center. BH doesn't think that tracking Riki is worth it, so he gets reeeeeeaaaaally fed. I put Sentry Wards down, doesn't matter, people still overextend and Riki kills them. It gets to a point where he just 2-shots me, and I haven't even fed him. ~_~ | ||

go to yurop - all russian team good thing the games were diretide mode, lol my qq is that i accept a game, try to connect to the server twice and then i get an abandon after failing to connect both times...that sucked edit- welp, my winning quota is depleted, im getting teamed with complete retards third game in a row as a punishment for winning 4-5 games | ||

If you want to get a vanguard (which you reaaaaaaally shouldn't), you should skip the battlefury after that and go straight for manta. | ||

Absolutely, the old build was vanguard rush, then sit in forest till you get Manta, and move out. But as the game has turned more emphasize on the farm aspect, battlefury gives you a better edge in that regard (pluss it works out better in teamfights if you have someone like enigma, DarkSeer or Magnus on your team). Pluss battlefury will let you push lanes really well. vanguard to battlefury wont work too well. Too much regen, and not enough damage. Of course, anything works if you play well enough compared to your opponents. | ||

Either way, the only way I could see vanguard working is something like: Stout Shield @lvl1 for laning, RoH at your first 900g, Vanguard when the game turns into a 5-man doto-fest in your jungle as the enemy team tries to stop your farm, and when you get the farm, split vanguard for Bfury and keep the vit booster to make a heart. Even then though, that seems extraordinarily situational, and it still seems like the bfury would be too late in that case anyway (probably should just go manta at that point). Can you even split Vanguard? Maybe I'm making stuff up here. That is about the only way I could ever see justifying vanguard AM. Dagon is usable on most heroes, although admittedly far, far suboptimal. | ||
