Played a game as Disruptor, was with a friend who has a much higher MMR than mine. Swear I saved like 3 people with Glimpse x.x. Team was not happy.
I've been there bro. Pubs always flame distruptor no matter what you do/ They expect you to land perfect 5 man combination with veil and get ultra kill. Even if you do that, they would flame to you for stealing their kill.
When I pick distruptor(I love him, no homo) generally I mute my team and carry on.

Gotta love when you're playing support in pubs, doing your job, warding, not feeding, etc.. And then some random scrub carry on your team chimes in and is like "Wtf, disruptor only boots and wards by 15 min, gg"
Then you have to like pull them aside and give them that talk about what playing a support hero is and such...

A friend got his beta key today (no dota experience). He started to obs one of my game, first thing he tells me: "You're not farming a lot". I was a bit confused, and ask why he thinks that: "you're just moving behind the creeps without attacking". I proceeded to tell him why auto-attacking is bad and he responded "but you need to help your creeps!". First facepalm of the day ^^.
Then we queue a game together, it the mode where you can choose between 3 heroes and he picks pudge without asking me... greaaaaaaaat. He doesn't manage to buy items in the shop, so I explain it to him and... he buys two TPs, then TP to the tower (before the game starts). At this point I'm playing sand king and we're laning against viper and pugna so yeah... things are not going great but at least he doesn't die too much ^^. 20 minutes into the game pudge has 2 salve in his inventory and.. that's all. You need to heal that rot self damage you understand ^^.
Of course he misses all his hooks (though he manages to grab an ally from time to time). Fortunately for us the opposing team was apparently terribad because we won anyway (with a phantom assassin going 32/8) saving us from terrible terrible flaming.
We played a second game where he played skeleton king, I gave him the link to alt tab dota so that he has an idea of how to play his hero. He once again manages to screw up with his items, buying 15 tango and 4 TP at once (!!!). I tell him not to spam his nuke too much to have enough mana for his ulti. 2 minutes later he "taunts" ursa with a nuke (his word), dies and has no mana to respawn... maaaaaaaaaan.
Somehow we won this game as well, because the opposing team was almost as newbies as him.
I'm confident things will get better, but I was not expecting him to be such a noob, I started dota 1 month ago and I was not playing nearly as stupid.
At the end of the day we're 2-0 as a team, so I guess the 15 salve 4TP build is working :D.

yeah, but if you identify the carry as a total scrub, it's not worth it spending all your money on wards. Better buy something for yourself ^^
Btw, I love disruptor as well =) Nothing more fun then sending players who tp in straight back home :D

Our opponents Veno went shadowblade, which would've been decent - if not for the fact that we had gondar.
WELL IT DIDN'T FUCKING MATTER CAUSE HE NEVER USED TRACK!
So, TA blames me for not buying a gem, does it herself (we had gondar and TA, they had a Veno with SB - is a gem REALLY smart?) and proceeds to be useless for the rest of the game - never getting a blink btw.
I tell her she's useless, and she starts talking about how I don't do anything in the fights.
Excuse me?
I played warlock, and by the 37 mark I had refresher + agh + mek, which I think is decent for a sidelane warlock. Every single fight we barely came out ahead, only cause I landed some clutch ults - meanwhile our OD/TA/Gondar suicided - and you blame me??
We proceed to lose cause TA get's angry (I kept telling her she needed to step it the fuck up - you can't be 45 min into a game with ta and have bkb + eaglesong) and instead of doing ANYTHING, and there by proving me wrong, she either derped around, suicided or just put herself into play stupid situations.
Ah, btw, our gondar said this at the 50 mark: "finish in 3 min i need go"
He must've used track 6-7 times at the most throughout the whole game.

Our clock goes 0-16 and then gets upset when we are understandably upset at him. Turns out we forgot to factor in the 6 assists he had, which in his mind made him going even.

I hate when my base is getting pushed and my teammates all go stand by the rax as soon as they respawn so they get picked off and die again. Why not just wait in the fountain until everyone else respawns so we have a chance? -.-

Phantom Lancer, bottom lane. Windrunner on my team too and happy to play support (gets wards at start, absolutely fantastic, that just never happens). Grounds for optimism for a change. Unfortunately this feelig was quickly shattered.
Somehow this other guy on my team gets it into his head that it'd be really smart to come down to me as Storm Spirit and farm with me instead of letting Windrunner come support and taking mid himself. Bit of an argument over it but nobody changes and we reluctantly leave things as they are (an underbuilt Windrunner support as mid and Storm Spirit plus Phantom Lancer bottom and both of us trying to farm, no this will not end well). Cue me getting literally no farm for the first five to ten minutes straight because he's taking it all AND pushing away from the tower by attacking too much. We're against Gondar/Pugna and get outlaned pretty hard, even dying once or twice, and eventually he gets it into his head that maybe he should rotate out for the Windrunner.
Unfortunately by then the damage was done. Somebody had fed the Riki on the opponent's team four kills in the first ten minutes. The three of them (Gondar/Pugna/Riki) kept coming down and just destroying myself and Windrunner, focussing on me (of course) because I'm underfarmed on a hard carry. To make matters worse at least three of the opponents were grouped together and on Skype. Riki basically tore our entire team to shreds through the whole midgame with Undying and Nightstalker to give him excellent backup when it got down to teamfights.
Of course, all of it entirely my fault for having no farm and dying to 3v1 tower dives by fed opponents. Clearly I should easily be able to survive that, right? *facepalm*
