Streaming with xsplit dropping frames...

So I am new to live streaming and have had issues streaming through twitch using xsplit where I will stream fine for about 5 minutes more or less and then my stream will drop frames until it has to restart and it isnt an enviorment where viewers would enjoy the channel because of the issue...any help would be appreciated as how to fix this.

Specs:
cpu: intel quad core i7-2600k
mobo: asus (same type as towelliee)
graphics: nvidia 660 ti
ram: 8 GB
down/up: 85/35 using ethernet cord, no wireless

Stream:

Client: Xsplit
Capture: Dxtory
Bitrate: 2700
Buffer: 3000
Resolution: 720p
Fps: 30
Games: Mainly WoW
Other: Using TCPRelay to improve connection

I've tried everything from testing every server (New york is the best for me atm since I stream from syracuse NY) to connection directly to my modem and bypassing my router, to closing every other application aside from my game, tcprelay, dxtory and wow, messing with my bitrates, quality, buffer, resolution, fps, all I could think of, reinstalling the applications, and even calling my ISP (verizon fios)....nothing seems to work and I always get the same generic answers from twitch and xsplit either blaming each other or suggesting using a different server.

I've also checked my computer temps while attempting to stream and no overheating occurs nor does the temperature get anywhere close to a "high" temp.

While running tests with the xsplit server tester in the application I get results like these at nearly every rate up to 3000 bit rate adjusting as needed....

I'm not sure where I am going wrong at this point or if its just a fix I dont see that other streamers do see, in all I've done my best as an average computer user and everything is also up to date...drivers etc, to my knowledge and I am in dyer need of assistance to get this working before MoP drops.....to see what my stream is now and what I mean by resetting you can view it at Twitch.tv/shadowthetank
any more info you may need please feel free to ask for, I am a premium user on xsplit as well so most every possible use of the application is available to me.

Dropped frames isn't caused by your computer being insufficient or anything, so you don't have to worry about that, it's caused by your network bandwidth being insufficient for whatever possible reason. The packet queue gets filled up to a specific point and the network code says "okay, bandwidth isn't sufficient, start dropping frames to compensate". Could be anything from your network provider, to twitch, to something unseen on your end. Unfortunately it's difficult to say right off the bat, but perhaps someone out there has experienced this before.

The tests probably won't give you much information if you only start dropping frames after 5 minutes unfortunately. Does this happen at any bitrate?

As of right now yes, I'm not sure if it's because of the fact my house is old and the wiring isn't the best but then if it was that which was the issue I would expect to lose internet all together and not just have xsplit drop frames. My current setup with my ISP seems to be sufficient but I am planning on calling them to do more tests for the future. I just hope there's someone else out there with the experience of this issue and the knowledge of the fix.
