What all are you using for peripheals, and what cpu do you have? Ive seen multiple people have delay issues related to how their cpu functions with sc2 since HOTS came out, which can sometimes cause issues that look like latency delays at times? It may also be something tied to mouse/driver if so many are experiencing it.
