Can't click on screen.

Hello, TeamLiquid!

Recently (a few months ago) i bought a new computer for around 2000$
It have been working brilliantly just until a few days ago where a weird thing started to happen. Sometimes i just couldn't click on different places on the screen.
I figured that something was wrong with my mouse, but it wasn't the problem since i tried 3 others that didn't work either.

The weird thing is that sometimes i can't click on the bar on the bottom of the screen and other times i can't click on the desktop or any open windows.
Sometimes i can't even click anything at all.
The computer usually works a few minutes if i CTRL-ALT-DELETE but then it will just start messing with me again afterwards.
Another small problem is that whenever I'm able to click on the desktop i still can't drag my icons anywhere.

I'm using Windows 7 as my operating system.

Things I've tried to solve it:
Changing the mouse
Trying another screen
Reinstalling Windows 7
Unplugging every USB-port except for the mouse and then rebooting.
Scanning for virus with Microsoft Security Essentials.

If you have any questions about this PLEASE feel free to ask since i need this computer to work quite soon.

I would realy appreciate any help or tips you guys can give me.

Hmmm, maybe try grabbing different video drivers?

First, scan computer for Virus' and malware, with more than just MSE, try AVG Free, Symantec has a 30 day free trial, and alwso run Malware Bytes.

After that, update all Microsoft updates, and then after that update all Mobo, Graphics Card, Monitor and keyboard/mouse Drivers where applicable to latest drivers.

I would also check system resources usage when the issue occurs via Windows Task Manager (Control+Shift+Esc) under the Processes tab, and see if any particular process is eating up system resources. Also use this in conjunction with the system resources Widget.

Lastly, as noted in the Tech Forum guidelines, Please post ALL System specs and hardware for your system, including monitor(s).
