I hope this is the place to ask this. I was creating an event in the TL calendar, and have the following issues: - I'm the creator of the StarCraft Human 'N' AI League (SCHNAIL). I'd like to have that as a tournament/league type if possible -how can I do that? - There is a YouTube stream URL for the cast, and it is not accepted by the event page. Weirdly enough, linking the YouTube channel works. Thanks for the help, Sonko

Now, all ways to fix the problem start by telling you to press a keyboard button. And i am positive that i do not have any way to connect a keyboard to my pc without working USB drives. Does anybody of the smart people here has an idea how to solve this issue? Because i am at a loss. Edit: And by the way, i don't own a ps/2 device and am not even sure if my motherboard still has the connection for it. Opening and Saving the bios with no changes solved the issue.

Had to quickly go to work then, but soon i will return home and hope to be able to fix this then. I googled it and apparently, it's a very common problem for the usb ports to be defect after the upgrade or the installation. Have you tried using the on-screen keyboard ?

I remember reading old articles on how 4ktvs and 1080p tvs under like 32 inches were impossible to tell the difference to the viewer but that was a few years ago or something. I have a small tv space in my room and was wondering about it with the new consoles coming out. Rtings has a good guide. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-size/size-to-distance-relationship For 1080 vs 4k, 4k can be twice as close as 1080 before pixels are visible. As a computer monitor, 1080 is crappy above 25" or so, around 32" I'd definitely spring for a 4k.

did some additional research and it Looks like I don't need to care until I get something that outputs 4k which will not be for a while and then hopefully qled is cheaper (I use old laptops and consoles atm.) and yeah the thing i was referencing was for above 50 inch tvs 6 feet away (which is funny because you literally can not buy a 1080p tv that size anymore) new question. do I care about monitor response time? how big of a difference from a competitive standpoint is advertised 1ms versus advertised 4 or 6. I play some games competitively and don't like to feel at a disadvantage but I'm not playing for money or high level matches or anything

It's a Asus prime z490-p motherboard, I stuck an i5-10600k on it with CMK32GX4M2A2666C16 memory. No videocard plugged in yet. Do have some hard drives, an NVME and an optical drive plugged in. I get power LEDs on, fans on, but the thing doesn't POST. They have a site which matches supported parts: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-Z490-P/HelpDesk_QVL_Memory/. I can't find the memory I'm using in the list. Is that a thing that would break my build? I thought just sticking in any DDR4 RAM should work for this motherboard. I did the standard stuff of unplugging what I could, reseating memory, reseating the CPU, inspecting the CPU pins for damage. Can't really spot anything else that would be amiss. edit: new behaviour... after holding down the power button to shut it off, it immediately started again. edit2: Seems it has to be faulty memory or faulty CPU: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1029959 Edit3: confirmed it's not the power supply. I don't have spare RAM or another compatible CPU to confirm it's not one of those. What I will do tomorrow is clean the CPU of all thermal paste (a tiny amount had spilled over the side...) And reseat it

I'm more talking generally for more expensive items since I don't know what my friend is more comfortable doing or which laptop he even wants. here's the specific one I was looking at https://www.amazon.com/MSI-i7-10750H-RTX2060-17-3-FHD-Windows/dp/B088WG95P5/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=MSI GE75&qid=1595635143&sr=8-4

A1, B1, A2, and B2. The motherboard recommends to use A2 and B2. Those two slots don't work. A1 and B1 do work. Is there actually a meaningful difference?

I basically want to just mirror my 600 dpi mouse’s windows behaviour in every game. I’m assuming that having my monitor in 16 at 1080p I might need to make some tweaks down for games I can only run in 720p for one example? Some games seem irritatingly opaque as to what their sensitivity options do, or lack the option SC2 does to just use your native settings.
