Try a different USB port for the peripherals.
Reinstall the drivers for both your peripherals.
Go offline with Razer Synapse 2.0, or uninstall the legacy Synapse driver. From what I remember, you can't use the legacy Synapse drivers once you've used Synapse 2.0, so don't try that. It may possibly be interference from the software bugging out.
If you don't have any peripheral drivers installed, this would be the time to install them from the website.
Can't think of anything else if both peripherals are bugging out at the same time other than weird interference between the two, idk bad motherboard and USB port interference though that really shouldn't happen in this day. Try only using one of them at a time and see if they both stall individually?
Best thing to do is what Jingle suggested because it could tell us if it's hardware related, but that's unlikely given both of them aren't responsive, unless one of them is affecting the other, in which just testing one peripheral at a time would give more information.

I'm bad with this type of stuff lol >< I'm getting a new monitor within the next few days and I want it to be identical to the one's they use at LAN's
Each LAN likely uses a different monitor depending on a)who their monitor sponsor is and/or b)what's cheap to buy in bulk. Decide what event is most important to you and e-mail them to ask what they use. There was a thread some months ago that mentioned the monitor used by MLG, but I don't remember what it was because it was a little lower-end than we usually recommend for gaming builds (I think).

As I previously said, events and teams handed whatever shit the sponsor hands them. LG-IM (I think) uses the LG IPS237L; StarTale used the Benq RL2450HT; Dreamhack uses the Eizo FS2332; MLG used the Asus VH236h. Here, the LG IPS7 and Eizo FS2332 are IPS monitors while the Benq and Asus are TN monitors. There is no standard to what can and can't be a LAN monitor.
Since they're given whatever the sponsor hands them, their endorsement does not mean they're actually good. Out of the four monitors I've mentioned, the only one that is exceptionally good is the Eizo FS2332. It helps its like twice the price of any of the other three monitors.
To answer your question again: the general size is around 23"-24". If you want a monitor for gaming, the important things are good real-life pixel response* and low input lag. An input lag of under 16ms average is a probably a must if we're talking about competitive gaming. There's a Teamliquid Monitor Thread with more information and suggestions.
*+ Show Spoiler [What I mean by actual pixel response] +Actual pixel response is not related to the specsheet. 2ms, 5ms, 12ms does not mean anything. Just compare there monitors: ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/BDK8G.jpg) The Dell and HP monitors have pretty poor motion performance compared to the very best IPS monitors but they're in no way bad compared to the 1ms Viewsonic and the 2ms 120hz Benq XL2410. You wouldn't expect that to be true but, well, there's picture proof.

Oh FML had done a clean windows install not that long forgot to reinstall drivers, doing that right now. Even though i don't see why it would've waited a couple of weeks before becoming a pain in the ass. Doing that right now.
And i tried many confidurations of USB ports, none worked

Pppff seems to have taken care of my problem till now, but each time i try working my mouse sensitivity with the programm it stops responding... and the sensitivity SUCKS... FML

I have a friend who likes to play SC2 and League, but he often has trouble playing because his family uses the internet while he plays and then he gets insane lag spikes. I heard of something like this a while back and i believe someone said there was a way to set it so that he has network priority... Is this a thing?

If your router has quality of service (qos) capabilities then you can sometimes prioritize certain applications / ports / local IPs/MACs (i.e. IP/MAC of his machine) over other traffic.
You generally want time-sensitive traffic with top priority and time non-sensitive at low priority. That means things like a game (which frankly uses minimal bandwidth) or streaming yourself at high priority, while things like torrents at lowest priority.

My Starcraft 2 will not bootup. It is up to date and I can click the play button. Then the screen goes black like it is going to load. After a second it closes down. If it's a crash I get no error screen. Also I have my security disabled so it's not that. Any suggestions? Periodically it has booted up but now its not at all after many many tries. Thanks in advance.

1.) This will only work in the upstream, not with the downstream (because the QoS marking is done for each packet, and your internet provider will not prioritize your downstream traffic for you).
2.) It might not even work properly in the upstream, depending on where the bottle neck is. Your internet provider will probably ignore/delete the QoS markings on the first capable device to do so. However, if the bottle neck is on the very first part of the line from your modem/router it might work.
You can easily try it out, nothing bad should happen when you activate QoS. Just don't be surprised if it does not help.

1) Try what the other people have suggested above with the router settings. 2) Check what applications his family is using. If they are using torrent or other download tools, make sure they have set download limits so they are not hogging all the bandwidth. This is one of the more common issues in a household with many members. 3) If he's gaming through wireless, try not to. 3) Consider a better router (obviously last resort). Crappy routers have trouble dealing with a lot of connections. I've dealt with my fair share of low end routers and many have issues with simultaneous activities. This isn't a guaranteed fix but buying a high quality router is probably one of my better investments when it comes to hardware.

Don't think it can run any up to date game on 15 fps with low settings. It's very weak and definitely not made for media or games.

PC wont start windows. I tried the "repair" option at the boot-up screen multiple times but it stays frozen while trying to load. I opened up my PC to blow out all dust and clean out my gfx and cpu fans. And it still doesnt work. Is there anything else I can do before I bring it to a computer shop?

Try reinstalling the operating system.
Which is what they are probably going to do anyway.

What's your boot drive?

Am I able to reinstall without my Windows 7 disk?

Computer's been slow; updated windows, mobo and graphics drivers, temps are normal, and I did a virus scan with avg free and malwarebytes.
What should I do next?
Also if I were to back up my current ssd, and the problem's in there, reformatting to the backup wouldn't help would it?

Also if I were to back up my current ssd, and the problem's in there, reformatting to the backup wouldn't help would it? Slow...? And what does 'temps are normal' mean? If you mean slowness in games, leave hwmonitor running for the duration of the game. A quick alt tab is pointless, as the temperatures drop 10-20c in a second of no use, and idle temps are meaningless.
Is your cpu above like 1-2% when idle? Are your harddisks almost full? Are they defragmented? Which ssd do you have, it could be a crap one that barely supports TRIM and goes to shit once the nand is written once.
More info is required

I can't tell when I'm just browsing internet, but my computer would freeze periodically in playing Dota 2, Tera, CSGO, etc. I ran HW monitor for some time while playing tera, everything is between 30-50 C except for graphics card which is 45-70 C.
Drives are not full, HD has been defraged, but my ssd (Samsung 830) was almost full once which I read is a bad thing shortening its life.
