I attempted to change the hotkey for "Exit StarCraft II" in my system preferences, but that has had no effect whatsoever.

(1) I want to change my "save screen location" hotkeys to F1-5 respectively, but I cannot seem to do it. When I press CTRL+F1 it does not change the hotkey binding :/ Has anyone else discovered how to do this, specifically?
