I have heard that there is a slight delay between when a unit is given an order and the unit fulfilling that order. Even dragoon micro requires an instant reaction from the unit to be effective, other types of micro it becomes even more important. Are there any plans to change the reaction speed of units, and if not, why?

Have any new aspects or functionality been added into the replay feature, such as being able to export the replay file as a video file ? It has become increasingly popular for replays to be uploaded for viewing on video sharing websites (many with amateur e-sport-esque commentary), but players have so far had to rely on 2nd party applications that either film the actions taking place on the entire screen, or a selected area.

Was already answered in the Pardo interview, answer was no.

Will Starcraft 2 either use lower default latency settings than Warcraft 3 or allow those settings to be adjusted so that players will not need to look elsewhere for the best gameplay experience?

For example if there are 5 zerglings inside my base, I can use my probes to fight them very well and surround them if they get too close. I have also heard though, that if I am the one with 5 zerglings, it is actually a very hurtful mechanic, because if I try to send all 5 to pick off a single probe, instead one will attack it, the rest will "auto-surround" and go attack other probes, going deeper into the mineral line where they are more likely to get picked off by probes. Would it not be better to give the player multiple options, rather than always using the auto-surround? As in, if they attack ground the auto-surround feature will be used, but if they attack a specific target, that specific target will be attacked. This is important for pros and amateurs and casuals alike, we need our units to do what we tell them : P This I want to be asked but the question is way too long. Simply ask, we have heard about an auto surround mechanic being in the game. What concerns us is that we also heard it gets in the way of choosing priority targets. Care to elaborate on how auto surround works and how we can override it? I have heard that there is a slight delay between when a unit is given an order and the unit fulfilling that order. Even dragoon micro requires an instant reaction from the unit to be effective, other types of micro it becomes even more important. Are there any plans to change the reaction speed of units, and if not, why? This question I'm not as concerned about. Units having different response times have made learning and experiencing the game a richer experience. If 8 years ago people would declare vultures as one of the top 3 units in the game no one would take you seriously because of the concussion damage and friendly fire spidermines. Nowadays people think differently on it and partly due to the responsiveness it gains from the Ion Thruster upgrade as well as its patrol attack.

Will you be able to make multiple accounts per one CD-KEY that will not share stats/ladder points. Will there be any limitation to that like for example, one account per realm.

www.starcraft2.com needs much more ingame screenshots. Why not add a couple of dozen every time you update, instead of 2-5?

I submitted both of these for last months report, as part of the feedback concerns (citing Zatic's Cologne report among others).
