After enjoying having all of the original starcraft unit and building sounds for the original, I thought it would be nice to share and upload the unit sounds that Blizzard has so far put up on their site.

Enjoy!

Included are: Zealot, Colossus, Immortal, Stalker, Phase Prism, Mother ship, Phoenix, Warp Ray and Gateway.

EDIT: I found some other obscure sounds under the Terran section. Included are:

Battle Cruiser: Attack and Yamato
Command Center: LiftOff
Viking: Transforming
Thor: 'Siege Mode' (Currently out of game)

Oee nice, thanks alot! Time for a new mIRC highlight sound, I've had this "cancelled zerg egg" sound forever now lol.

Lets see if the baneling explosion is in there :p.

Only protoss sounds have been uploaded there so far =(. So sorry to disappoint anyone, looking for any of the more obscure units =(. <3~

These are the same sounds that are found on the units screen where you click the flash box and it plays a random unit quote.

You are missing some sounds.. I downloaded them yesterday and I have 122 protoss while you have 89

Hmm... I'm pretty sure I got all of them.

Did you happen to download some more than once maybe?

Or perhaps you can upload yours so that people have all of them if mine is indeed incomplete.

no. you are missing 4 colossus, 9 phoenix 13 stalker and 9 warpray - their attack, death...

Hmmm.. I'm curious where you got your sound pack because I can't seem to find where Blizzard would have put those sounds up...

I just saw the action shots voice. Silly of me.

Thank you for the addition iounas. I re-uploaded yours with mine to include all of the sounds. It comes out to 4.86 MB. I hope that's the same as yours. =)

That would be very easy, all you have to do is find them in the Starcraft mpq files and replace them with the current ones (making sure the filename doesn't change). Just search google for Winmpq or something and its just like replacing files in a .zip file from there.

Ok, re-uploaded with the new ones.

I believe the originals were in .wav and these are in .mp3 so I would believe a file conversion would be necessary as well.
