1. As others have mentioned, not having to waste larva for static defense. Plus, hopefully defenses can be deployed *when needed*, not because they might be needed later. 2. Easier expansion. Build a hatchery -> move queen, build defenses -> move on. 3. Tactical considerations for the enemy. When I attack a zerg base, can I expect the queen to be there, or get there soon? The one unit limit is a game mechanic, nothing more. If it makes gameplay more interesting, keep it. I do hope it makes ZvZ games more diverse, it would be welcome. It's the most boring mirror matchup. | ||
