Yeah me neither. I mean if they're afraid to reveal their builds they can just play some fun 2v4 or sth like soO just did with INnoVation, or some mods or arcade game or something. Help building the relationship with fans too

Even just 1 GSL win would have been amazing. I was really hoping he would have had a better year this year. Hope he keeps up the streaming and participating in events. I watched a few games on his stream and his control is just incredible. Even watching him do things, and I still don't know how he does them lol.

It distracts the player and there is valuable information you can gather even if they play standard. "Ah now I see how this player handles xx build or xx pressure". soO, by the way, has a huge following in the Korean community, kinda like Yellow did, where the whole community takes perverse delight in mocking him.

The one that comes to mind is Classic's nexus first on Frost. He did that all season and for some reason was surprised when TY did the allin.

He probably defended every allin / cheeses with that build in practice and thought it was therefore safe to do it.

You have to remember that it's basically just korea and not really an international audience. Compare that to NaDa for example right now, he also only gets like 350 viewers atm. If you compare it to Bisu/Flash it's obviousy not that much, but these are the top dogs.

You can't avoid having your televised matches out there but you can prevent hours and hours of first person footage getting out by not streaming.

edit: soO had a basetrade vs Protoss on Echo from a game that was won, I said it reminded me of his PL game vs MyuNgSiK, he actually responded: ![]() he's very communicative when streaming on twitch and it's awesome e2: soO was talking with opponent about mech, he said that you could beat it with mass hydra and vipers and then he said "omg" as the other dude told him about 20 range seeker missiles lmao

For his sake this should not be spread too much, but he played NA to be on the new patch (to the demand of twitch chat!), then got spin IG for a duel and gladly accepted! And now he thinks French people mainly eat insects (Thanks to his opponent).
