I've got the same problem for whatever reason. Displayed MMR is 16.

As someone who designs software, you'd think they'd have a bunch of end users involved closely in the development process to ensure stuff like this doesn't happen, but... agile techniques haven't exactly made their way to Blizzard. Because the right people just aren't there yet. Yea, I don't see why I can't simply go to my last match and click on the ladder/experience button. Maybe because then you'd be able to go into other profiles' last matches to see their MMR, thus infringing on privacy? What's the worse that could happen... someone teasing me about my low MMR? Have we gotten that soft ffs.

According to http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/18792768/starcraft-ii-ladder-update-april-27-2015-4-27-2015 under "New Player" Logic, it's "around" 25 games. 25 may be an upper limit (and this is consistent with when skeldark and Not_That would see league changes in the old MMR-Stats tool) or it may be enforced. Some players have reported that they've been promoted earlier, but they haven't clearly stated whether they had 25 recent career ranked games (say, 15 last season and 10 this season would still be enough to break out of provisional status).

but on some other's (including my own profile!) I can only see 2 digit MMR, like 32 or 16? can I somewhat calculate full 4-digit MMR when given only this 2 digit one? Right now I cannot even compare my own MMR to others, is it a bug that Blizzard is aware of? Thanks in advance.

I played 3 games. After i won my first i was put int dia 3 with bar full, and just at the edge of the MMR limit Second match i lost, dropped my bar off some. Thrid match i won, and bam, promotion! Maybe you don't need to win 2 times in a row to be promoted... The game just checks your MMR?
