Some people don't know anything about the privatized Chinese client, and here are all of the lists (pictures will be added when Imgur decides to stop d*cking around).
Just so nobody asks, the Chinese server is ONLY on the Chinese client!
Settings: 1. Physics do not apply to killed units 2. No 18+ option 3. Some High Models death animations removed 4. Little to no blood depending on unit type
Language: 1. Simplified Chinese ONLY (Not to be confused with global Traditional Chinese) 2. Different voices (Some Taiwanese voices are mixed, despite different voice actors) 3. Different unit names (Such as SCV being literally SCV in Latin text with no meaning)
Region/Bnet Accounts: 1. There is ONLY China. There is no Region button, there is no region selection list, and there is NO WAY to get it to play global servers 2. Having a global account will NOT enable you to enter the Chinese server 3. Having a Chinese account will NOT enable you to enter the global servers 4. China server is pay-for-play. You purchase time to play the full version (EDIT: Forgot to mention, there is also an option to permanently buy it for about 90¥)
Community (subject to change for obvious reasons): 1. Nobody stays in General Chat or Looking For Team 2. People don't usually talk at all, or even say glhf/gg 3. Clans are usually only used with serious teams 4. The metagame is what can only be described as unorthodox
If you want to purchase a Chinese account, you NEED a Chinese ID. There is no way around it.

4. China server is pay-for-play. You purchase time to play the full version
This option has been removed a year ago, it is now same as rest of the world which is a one time purchase.

Sound isolating and kinda intimidating for some reason. And people thought they had it bad with B.net 2.0 here (badum tsz)

I am sure there are some sites online, but it is illegal to do so, and being outside of China the firewall the nation has will make it extremely unplayable. I am in China now and it is fine, but when I was in Japan my ping was AT LEAST 1000ms.
As for how many a single person can own... only one. It is to prevent excess accounts, smurfing, pointless data allocation, and a few other technical reasons. I am sure there is a way around it because I have seen people with multiple accounts, but I don't know myself.

Overlords are commonly used as the Zerg version of Medivacs for example. I personally find it inefficient, and it isn't as common as you'd think when I say this, but hey, it wins some late games I suppose.

If you are in China like your TL profile says, you can just ask somebody if they can set up an account for you. You only need the ID for account creation and purchasing.

Apart from a few specific cheeses, I've never gotten drop strategies to work as Zerg. I find Nydus play to be more effective almost 100% of the time, especially with my low APM.

Afaik, those settings differences are linked to the low-violence setting that the Chinese (and i think Korean too) clients are locked into

But I was just curious, I don't have time for SC now! I'm studying Chinese instead.
