They brought a lot to the european scene and you could see gap between the top europeans and Koreans closing. A lot of the Koreans in EU will get to stay considering a lot of the Koreans in EU are living there and have visas. Some NA Koreans are likely going to be able to get visas on top of those that already have them (viOLet/Polt) such as Bomber/Revival/ maybe JD/maybe HerO and Check/Leenock/San might be able to go through Taiwan we don't know

You obviously haven't even read the post. 1) Koreans can play whereever they want as long as they reside there. Thats the whole point of "regional" tournaments. 2) So we are "killing" the korean scene by foring them to abide the rules that all other players from other regions have to follow? Like others have pointed out earlier in this thread GSL forces you to stay in korea for the whole tournament if you want to compete in it. Effectively "forcing" foreigners to play in their countries, sad for the koreans that they can't just take a plane to AM and steal all that regions price money in two weeks and then just fly home anymore. Its a very fair format and it is the very point behind actually having a regional system, AM has money invested in it. Why should korea just steal it away, let them play in their region, not AMs fault that korea doesn't invest in their ówn scene. >Steal.......................................................... They played and won a fair fight if the NA players are complete garbage to lose for them is their fault.

Then I realized he'd probably be retired by then. Now I'm sad. I guess time will tell whether this is a good change or not. People have been asking for this ever since the WCS system began. One one hand, foreigners will get more exposure, and have more chances to prove themselves in their respective regions. On the other hand, there's no denying foreigners have become a lot more competitive over the last year due to getting to practice against migrant Koreans, and this change might set them back in that regard.

Foreigners themselves say they want to play better, to play on par with Koreans. Koreigners helped with just that. This is just terrible from Blizzard, as usual. They are doing their best to the game not fun at all even to watch... Dude they are really hardworkers. Well they lost so doesn't matter.

It's not good for the Korean scene if there are just three tournaments with equal prize money as the wcs am charity-for-polt tournament, but if there are like six tournaments with more money with better distribution then it's great.
