"The Fall of Terran" L O L
So dramatic. If Terran players practiced and spent half the time trying to come up with new stuff (other than MMM all day erry day) that they do whining, they'd never lose.

You are neither helping the cause (something must definitely be done for Terran, and I personally don't believe boring campfest mech is the key) nor promoting a healthy behaviour on forums and ladder. So many players already assume they lose because their race is weak, not because they are terrible at SC2 (regardless of whether it be true or not, it is just not the right mindset).
I'm enjoying less and less playing ladder and reading forum, twitter and stuff about SC2, not because the game is not fun anymore, but because the number of bad mannered jerks increased. It's becoming irationnal and this is fueling their self-entitlement.
Hear, hear!

Tell me more about how innovating Z and P are. I can tell you over 10 differents style being insta nerf without further notice for terran tho. (Remember Slayers terrans?)

how can terran innovate. The reason MMM is all you see is because its all that works. Everything else is too weak. Tanks suck. Airran takes too long to get going, reapers and hellions stop being useful after like 5 minutes
They don't have the toolbox to even use other strats.

Didn't oov say that he wished the game wasn't patched so often to allow for strategical development? Or was that Fantasy?

Post so long T_T still enjoyed it a lot. very accurate on the current problem too, although i don't think it will have much impact on the game. Not everything is completely correct though but that's to be expected with the way "balance" has been used recently. In short: very fun and explaining (and long)

No. Fuck. They're clueless?
Fix the damn lategame so P/Z have to fear a Terran army and add a couple of options in the early game, that's all that's needed.

It was oov, see first page, or maybe second.

I would love to hear TheDwf's thoughts about these changes!
Personally I feel the widow mine change could help the early game. The unload speed I'm not so sure of, it kinda helps lategame since you don't have to micro your drops as much, but it probably wont be enough. The easy to micro big engagements on the protoss side needs to be addressed imo.

Not sure about medivac change, the issue doesn't really lie with the medivac.
The mine change seems reasonable though.

Widow Mine Widow Mines are quite core in both TvP and TvZ. They’re also one of the most exciting units to watch and create lots of diverse moments depending on the players’ interaction with them within each engagement. We’re currently considering a slight increase to the splash radius of Widow Mines, which we believe could be a good direction to explore.
Correct me if I'm wrong, weren't WM originally nerfed because they were "stale" ? Is DK a dumbass or ?

"Honestly, I think it’s because Protoss players were winning very easily, but now things have started to become a little difficult for them. Personally, I would prefer Blizzard to not release patches so often. On some level, it is possible to overcome anything as long as the player puts in the amount of effort necessary."
It was Fantasy too, fuck I'm so good at remembering shit from interviews.

what a tone deaf response
Why don't they look at units that see almost no play, like Seige tanks, Thors, Ravens, battlecruisers and make them stronger rather than making sure that TERRAN ALWAYS MMMM NEVER NOT MMMM

This thread literally may have just gotten Terran buffed.
Those are the wrong buffs to address the issues, but we should be happy and thankful that Blizzard has been made aware of the fact that Terran is struggling.
Now let's focus our feedback to guide them to fix the ultimate cause of the problems.
Instead of just posting on TL, post on the bnet forums for them to see too.
. Additionally, we’d love to hear feedback on other areas that could help Terran while also making the games more exciting to watch and play.
PAY ATTENTION TO THIS.
This is our chance to tell them what we'd like to see changed about Terran gameplay.

I was under the impression that the community thought Blizzard was too slow to patch? Am I right in saying that? Hard to say I guess without an accurate poll. Or is it that there's a difference in opinion from between the community and the top players?
I guess I am asking what people think of the patch frequencies.

Then go to the bnet forums and post suggestions. They asked for our feedback regarding this specifically.

Doesn't Terran have the most different types units? Yet to me feels like they have the least number of options, especially early on.
Terran need options, more options to make the other races wonder what they are up to.
