It's usually North, Central, and South America, with Mexico being part of NA. I think the defintion of Latin America depends on where you are staying, but I´d assume, that they just mean everything between the western side of the Atlantic and the eastern side of the pacific. It´s the same thing with the expression of "America" as NA+SA. Where I´m staying, that is a very reasonable expression, but everytime I use in in the forum, people demand an extra s or "Germany", which may or may not include Bavaria, dependent on who you ask.

Bomber has a nice chance of winning WCS NA since there is no godlike protoss (Rain, Dear, Parting) to stop him

Latin America is a definition of the region colonized by "latin speakers" (Spanish, Portuguese) and have nothing to do with geography. It´s considered everything (almost) south of US. Now, geographically we have north (can, us, mex), central (a bunch), south (a bunch - from guianas to argentina)
Edit: Except argentina, whose people think they are a far european country :-D

I think there are certain small german/english speaking in South america as well, who, by this definition would´nt consider themselves Latin americans, but would be considered by Blizz in their definitions. Thus, the term is not clearly defined, but we know what Blizz means (anyone living in any part of Norrth, South or Central america).

The admins then need to have the caster set up for each game and adds one more person to the process that they need to communicate with. There is a wealth of content out there and I would rather the WCS qualifiers focus on getting the players through with a few problems as possible, rather than cast a bunch of games I am likely not to watch.

Ah well, I guess you are right. Thx for clarification It's just that I really enjoy watching qualifiers. creates a good storyline for the mainevent (atleast for me that is)

Thats better than nothing. Just pick a game which hasn't started. I enjoy this. I hope Rotterdam can do this at his home for WCS NA.

It is not that complicated to have some community casters in. ESL does it too. It is far from ideal how it works out, but it is a nice thing there is some way to watch the qualifiers.

Maybe they will cast the more popular players, or maybe they will be like GSL and do nothing at all. Or maybe the will release the replays.

"The Ladder Qualifier is available for players who are Masters or higher on the North American server with at least 200 wins in the current or previous season."
is this 200 wins total or 200 wins in one of those two seasons?
not that much time.
