Saving replay: i had a little bug causing the replay saved or game completed had an infinite loop,it must be is a bad config done by me, the job keeps playing and playing

awesome stuff...here are some suggestions if you are looking for some but nonetheless this is an awesome program
anyway you can enable right click features you had on sc2gears on scelight like where i can select all the replays and zip them up or right click and hit watch replay, etc
another is can you implement eAPM as well in scelight
and I know GGTracker has what the SQ means like where you stand league wise on your macro but some might not be aware of that so maybe implement something that shows what exactly your SQ score indicates

Is it possible to make Scelight the default program for .SC2replay files in Windows? When I tried, whenever I double-click a replay file I get an error message "The Workspace is already in use". Yes. Enable Editing mode in the Replay folders table. In Editing mode you can edit most cells by double clicking on them. So double click on the comment cell you want to edit, and you can enter your comment in the table.
Replay association to Scelight does not yet work.

The player menu icon is a wrench icon under a player name in the Replay analyzer. You have to click on it with the left button of your mouse.

I will not use the program in favour of gears, if that remains. If you register then you will no longer have a delay.
Is there a way to register without paying 15 USD?

No, the payment is part of the registration process, but it's actually 14 USD not 15.
Details: Registration

-A fast, secure, central Scelight Operator server to serve Scelight clients based on Google's specialized, cloud based content serving.
I don't really understand what this phrase means. What server is serving what to whom?

The essence is that the Scelight Operator runs on servers in the Google cloud (on Google's infrastructure) serving the Scelight programs run on anyone's computers. The servers are taking advantage of the App engine platform to process/generate dynamic contents and static data (e.g. downloads) are served from different Google servers specialized for static content.

But why not just compute stuff locally and have the program auto-update when you add features. Kinda like everyone else.
Is it more of a proof of concept you're doing here? With the added benefit of easily justifying $ wall vs 15 seconds artifical delay?

But then I'd have to pay money for a small program that I get limited use out of, which does not have any significant advantages (in my own use), and several significant disadvantages, over a very similar program which is entirely free.
I'm just not going to pay money for this. I can't justify that.

Everything is computed locally, the Scelight Operator is for what you think, e.g. serves update info, downloads, news, later official external module update info etc; also handles registration.

First off; thanks, I really enjoyed sc2gears, but I think scelight is a real improvement! Some of the new features are very nice, even for a bronzie like myself :D
I don't really know if I am supposed to post it here, but I couldn't find another place to report errors one might find, but I think I found one. I was just playing a 1v1 with a friend; both terran, both mech...and I was wondering about his and mine upgradetimings from the armory, but I couldn't find them in scelight....Is it possible, scelight doesn't show them?
Keep up the great work, thanks :D

hey Dakota i wanted to ask something
i hava always have troubles with making scvs, roght now i can watch them if a "check" trains and workers but the look is a little messy so i wonder if there is a way to only see the workers created during the game. the closer i found to that is the active workers but is no the same.
thx again!

Keep up the great work, thanks :D It might be due to merged terran mech upgrades. Send me the replay and I'll check.

thx again! Currently your best choice is the Commands chart with only Workers (+Trains) selected, optionally zoomed / enlarged. Or use the Build Orders tab.
There will be other / better choices in the future.

Im on Mac, I keep getting a permission denied message. I also tried typing in sudo in front of the listed command and same result.
"/Users/iMac/Documents/Scelight/Scelight-os-x.command chmod +x Scelight-os-x.command -bash: /Users/iMac/Documents/Scelight/Scelight-os-x.command: Permission denied"

chmod +x Scelight-os-x.command I'm not familiar with Mac, I can't be more helpful, sorry.

Released Scelight 1.2 which adds support for PTR 2.1 replays, System Tray, Live APM Overlay, Last Game Info Overlay, APM Alert and Watch Replay button.
Details are in the first post. (Re)start Scelight and it will install the updates automatically. It will also notify you of the updates if you have it running.

That should be something like that. Mac command line is really similar to ubuntu line (i think)

After the update, whenever I try to open Scelight (even with admin rights), it states that "the application could not be correctly started" (rough translation) with a (0xc0000142). Anyone else has this or it's a problem on my end?
