As previously announced, FXO has stopped sponsoring FXOpen Korea as of the end of October. The team now reverts to its original name, "fOu" or "For Our Utopia." Game Chosun and Razer have signed on as sponsors.

Didn't know that... that's a little sad. That joke was so silly I found it consistently amusing. Almost as funny when Street Fighter voice would announce FXOz as "FXO... Z!"

For some reason fou always seemed more like a clan name then a team, kind of like TSL. But I suppose they were a team. I remember back when FXO tried to move into Korea for the first time and got stomped. Tried to start their own thing with Tgun and the gang. Guess it didn't work out in the end for them.

I hope there's a new logo and new jerseys. I always thought the old logo was ugly and the pale blue/silver jackets looked like something from an 80's music video.

cool, i wasn't really into competitive sc2 yet during fOu's first incarnation, but FXO was probably my favorite korean team through most of my time watching WoL. bit saddened by their unimpressive HotS results, but they can't slump forever...gogo fOu!

I dont see them lasting very long without a title sponsor. As with the rest of the dwindling teams, just not much money in sc2 anymore. Its hard to keep market value when kids are playing other games.
Wonder if they can snag a good sponsorship to give them some hope.

As long as the undisputed defending champion of the world Hurricane is in the team, I will continue to watch them in GSTL and maybe Proleague in the future

I don't follow Choya, but when I checked his twitter for the announcement I saw a couple replies... Basically every member of FXO that was never sent out in the GSTL retired, and the guy that debuted against Heart last week and lost miserably, he retired too.
