if you wait for your portrait/league border to load fully in lower left before you click matchmaking, you shouldn't have this problem anymore

It's a connectivity error. It means it can't find your profile on Battlenet.

I switch to KR and back again and its no problem.

you can just click the earth-icon in the top-right menu, and go on same region as you are logged in, it works

I got this error a lot and the solution is to wait for your league to load. When you see the border surrounding your portrait in the top left you're good to go - that is to press F2.

This works for me every time.

This happened to me all the time.

Solution: just wait until your icon int he bottom-left loads both the avatar and league (border) before clicking the 'multiplayer' button.
