Like was said before, it's so common of a bug that it isn't odd to hear people wondering why they can't 1v1 in General Chat three times an hour. It has nothing to do with 2v2 3v3 and 4v4 since myself and others only 1v1 and occasionally can't select that and it takes a relog to fix.

I have this grayed-out 1v1 problem too. It seems to happen to me when I click on matchmaking immediately after I log in (or press F2, the hotkey to go to Matchmaking). Re-logging in also works for me.

However, I have found a little work-around that works instead of having to re-log in. Try this: After you log in that initial time, just wait a few seconds before going to Matchmaking. This has worked for me.

Same thing, i think it happens when you go to matchmaking too quickly but idk. I only play 1v1 and have this problem quite often so its not related to not leaving a party

this happen to me quite a bit. however i don't log out and then back in - i just click on the training option then click back on the ranked option and that usually clears it up i.e. i can select the 1 v 1 option -- very rarely though this doesn't work and i have to log off

if you are talking about sound issues where the unit seems to repeat its main saying over and over again. this has happened to me once - i remember that when it did i had had a weird series of clicking -- this is the only time it has happened. (i think i may of alt tabed out too can't remember for sure)

It happens when you log in and go directly to the multiplayer screen too quickly. If you wait 5-10 seconds after logging in, then go to the multiplayer screen, 1v1 will be available to play.

While this is a small hassle, I find it better than having to logout and log back in.

It happens all the time for me. If you give it a few seconds, it will correctly load your rank and you can log in. Remembering to wait is annoying though

It's a latency issue, I get it regularly when I log in to SEA and click matchmaking too fast. I never get it on Korea.

Yeah this happens when you click through to Matchmaking before the game has fully initialised. Just gotta wait a few seconds. Very common issue for Australians. >_<

Easy fix though - you don't need to log out. Just select "VS AI" or any of the other 3 options at the top of the screen and back again. Works every time for me!
