Do you fucking realize that every fucking player has bean mediocre (to your eyes) some day ? ASSHOLE
I don't think a true statement deserves such a response, Miya has never won a game in GSTL/GSL despite having many chances.
To everyone; It's not my intention to bash on Miya. I liked him while he was playing for Slayers. But like it got pointed out he never got a victory in GS(T)L and I got insanely disapointed with his performance. But still, wish the best for Miya.
Yeah sure...

How is this not bashing on Miya? A retirement announcement is not the place to critique a player, it's a place to say goodbye/wish him (or her) luck.

Honestly, even if he's a "mediocre korean player" he's still easily in top 100 players. Possibly top 50. Which is pretty amazing and certainly "team-worthy". So, instead of being really stupid and a douche bag, why not try and hope the best for everyone?
ok honestly i don't think miya is top 50 when you consider how many players are in the GSL and how many better players have not qualified. players like herO and jaehoon can't qualify for GSL and imo they are clearly better than miya. it's likely that quite a few foreigners are at least as good as miya as well (well, from his broadcasted games at least). the days are over when we had virus and co in code S, miya imo is not top 50/100

Scarlett says that Miya is doing "much better" than she's doing in practice (I assume this is ladder and in-house practice games). Unfortunately, not everyone can have the winners mentality necessary, and I think it's a good thing to know when to stop.
Stubbornness is seen as a good quality by many, but sometimes you have to go one step back to move two steps forward again.

Well... Miya has never really had any results to speak of, and his recent record isn't particularly good. Not to mention the whole WCS Challenger Qualifier incident...
I liked him, I feel sad about his retirement, but I don't think this is remotely representative of the situations of the other Axiom players. And that at least is a good thing. :/

*cough* Coca *cough* he's still teamless right? also ex-slayers, if it would fit in with the others... it totally fits in the grand picture afaik, i didnt really pay attention to who blamed who in the slayers-disband, so maybe he doesnt fit in
