IRC Round 16(could be 32 too ) on is going to be played offline in NA/EU. I sincerely doubt they directly seed any off the Koreans into the later rounds of the EU/NA tournament . | ||

Maybe they are even trying to do something with NASL? (We give you money, you don't allow Koreans, this is just some really random speculation though, but I think they will do something to make up for the WCS thing with the IPL thingy) | ||
