I thought they just said it would be GM NA would participate in NA qualifiers and EU GMs in the EU qualifiers. SEA/CN/TW players would have to get GM NA/EU to play in those or try and qualify for GSL if I remember but i guess they will probably release something more clear soon | ||

Players in North America and Europe will be invited to kickoff Season 1 based upon their performances in 2012 across all leagues. Open qualifiers will also be held to determine the final player list.
