Definitely agree. I prefer them pronouncing things in English.

Yeah, SPL has more flexibility, they make changes every round which is basically every 4 weeks. GSL made some good steps but they still have the omnipresent Daybreak and that map wasn't updated at all (like ovie spots) in last year, iirc.
