I don't care which type of personality you prefere, but please don't talk about it in such a manner. You can't do much about your charakter and I doubt aLive is happy that he's so shy/introverted(atleast most people don't enjoy being shy). Just imagine how he has to feel, knowing there are dozens of people on the internet claiming "I don't like this guy, he has no personality!".

This isn't to say Parting is a nicer person than Squirtle or Squirtle is a boring guy, but Parting's personality is more marketable than Squirtle's. He markets himself well in interviews, takes over events with his ceremonies, and he's an engaging personality that draws fans to him.
You're absolutely right, but I just don't like the way how this whole community talks about personality and stuff like this. There are like a million posts on TL stating something like "Man, them stupid Koreans have like no personality at all. They are so boring, I mean it's not that hard to have a personality.". Imo it's really rude and even kinda heartless to talk about a persons charakter in such a calculating manner. But I guess that's the internet... I'm just curious if Kespa even cares about personality that much. Afaik they don't really depend on streams, fan interviews and public stuff like this, that requires a personality like Partings, in the way foreign teams do. Or do I have a completely wrong picutre of them?

That would be kinda awesome, but I highly doubt it will happen. IM is one of the healthiest teams in terms of money, but the only free agent they (ever) recuted was Byul and there were alot of teamless players this year.

Yes, I can qualify that Parting's personality is more desirable than Squirtle's.
And you are free to do so, but saying "x has more personality than y" sounds like "Hm, X has 15 personality, while Y only has 9, therefore X is a more likeable person."

Lol you're taking the personality thing too seriously. "More personality" usually just means more extroverted and/or otherwise more interesting to the outside viewer. Maybe there's a player who's really quiet and introverted but is actually an incredibly interesting person in his private life. Obviously, that's a possibility, but that's not marketable nor is it very interesting to the outside observer. When we talk about desirable personalities, we're not talking about some sort of objective measure of how good someone's personality is as a whole, or some concept of overall self-worth as a person. We're just talking about how good someone's personality is as a progamer, and since any spectator sport/e-sport is about ENTERTAINMENT, it's clear that an extroverted personality is usually more entertaining than an introverted one, and thus is more desirable in that specific regard. As it turns out, being entertaining makes you likeable because people like being entertained. That's not to say that Parting is as a whole more interesting than Alive, but he sure as hell is as a progamer and as an entertainer.
One thing I'll say about parting is that he's the least politically correct korean and routinely calls foreigners bad and isn't afraid to say so, whereas other koreans will always say a foreigner is good even if he isn't.
Oh this is very unfortunate, hope StarTale can find replacements either from their lineup or from other places. I don't think fnatic is fully committed to their Korean team and could see players like Oz and aLive go to ST as their contracts expire in the coming months.

Seeing as whatever team grabs Parting will more than likely be set with Protoss, Squirtle would more than likely go to a team that failed to grab Parting.
