I agree that ST is way more financially stable than TSL was, but losing two very high profile players within a week is a red flag regardless, I think.

Although the article only says Squirtle is looking for a new team, according to one of the StarTale managers, Squirtle specifically intends to join a KeSPA Team. http://www.d-esports.com/15612/squirtle-leaves-startale-for-kespa-team/ There you go... And I don't believe for a second, that Parting left, looked for a team, then got offers from Kespa. Kespa scouts are whispering into these guys' ears promises of big contracts with benefits for sure.

And if Tom Brady and Peyton Manning ever stop playing football I'm done with NFL! And if LeBron and Kobe ever retire, I quit watching NBA too. And I tell you what... If Cold Play ever quit making albums, no more music!

I think Life's a different story, as he intends to go to school beside his SC2 career - and I don't really know if the KESPA allows/wants somethig like that :o They seem to be kinda strict with their schedule and I don't think Life's timetable fits their schedule :-P

Right, undisputed best eSF team... having only won one team championship (IPTL), while a team like Incredible Miracle has won 3 team championships so far, (2 of them IPL, 1 the GSTL) http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/StarTale/Results#Results_in_Premier_Team_Leagues http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Incredible_Miracle/Results#Results_in_Premier_Team_Leagues

Most of the eSF teams (if not all) will be slowly cannibalized, the best players will enter KeSPA teams, or highly salaried foreigner teams (most likely EG or Liquid).

There is some you still see in professional sports. Tho the culture there is different and they support their families even with their limited salary. You see many stars go to the Yankees for the big paycheck.

Most of the eSF teams (if not all) will be slowly cannibalized, the best players will enter KeSPA teams, or highly salaried foreigner teams (most likely EG or Liquid). This is ironic, because some people were claiming that the competition thus far in SC2 was a farce, and that the "elephants" would dominate soon after they switched. Instead, we see Kespa teams going after eSF stars with promises of fat salaries, looking to strengthen their rosters.
