Parting and Squirtle are two of the best Protoss players out there, if anyone deserves salaries in the Starcraft 2 world, it's those two.

Instead, we see Kespa teams going after eSF stars with promises of fat salaries, looking to strengthen their rosters. Lots of the eSF "A-teamers" are already far surpassed by many KeSPA players. Not to mention, the top KeSPA players are already competition for the top eSF players, if not better. Rain looks to be the best Protoss in the world. Flash, Innovation, Fantasy, and other Terrans are making KeSPA Terrans look very strong as the days go by. Zerg - look at players like Roro, Soulkey, and soO. Excellent competitors. No irony here. eSF just doesn't have the same talent pools. They have a lot of the best players, but they are comparable to the top KeSPA players and many KeSPA A-teamers. Without the top players, eSF has nothing going for them in terms of star power.

There is a reason why 90% of the people who show up to Proleague are high school girls. Don't know about Bisu, since the only thing I know about BW is pretty much from Liquipedia(I read a lot BW articles, but still...). Ofcourse looks, personality, etc matter, but to me it just always felt Kespa players didn't need to bring those attributes. Again, I didn't follow BW at all and only get so see maybe 2-3 PL games per round, but besides the post-game interviews I don't notice any form of player-marketing that's comparable to how for example Idra, Incontrol and all these other foreign players are marketed and promoted. So Squirtle really to Kespa...I wonder who will follow the next couple of months until HotS is out.

Squirtle has underwhelmed since his days of yore in IPL4/GSL Season 2. Hopefully this change will reignite the pashun.

It might be hard for him to find a foreign team that can afford him, and I don't see EG getting involved since they have Protosses in JYP and Huk, and TL just picked up Snute and I don't see them getting another player. Either way I wish him good luck because be is in my top three favorite Protoss.
