AND THEY STILL WANT TO NERF ZERG, 15 Zergs started this finals, 0 Finished , 13 protos started this finals, 3 of them finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd....

well obviously an extreme example, but my point is you shouldn't let lore be affected in any way by balance as single player & multiplayer are separate

I was more of replying to people saying stuff about making ravens have psionic would break the lore
those things can be routed easily, and thus if it makes the game more balanced to have ravens psionic too (or sentries not, or whatever-the-fuck) then so be it, balance should trump lore in those cases.

Except the Protoss that ended up in the podium were among the best in the world, unlike the Zergs who managed to make it through the groups. Nice try though.

Yes, if the two Snipes were not perfectly timed the Infestor survived with one hit point.

Seems like awesome stuff. Keep the petulant Zerg tears (with me being one of the Swarm) to a minimum, please. We taunted the Terrans when they bitched about balance changes only a few months ago, but now we do the same thing? It's an EXACT role reversal.

Last patch:
Us: "Lol, Ravens."
Terrans: "l2play"

This patch:
Them: "Lol, hydras. Overseers."
Us:: "l2play"

How about accepting that Fungal Growth was overpowered, and accepting that this is a goddamned good attempt at balancing it? It reduces the power of Fungal Growth while necessarily forcing our attention elsewhere (Overseers, Hydras, etc. etc.) while not reducing the overall DPS of the spell. We'll still wreck the deathball, just not the Sentries.

I'm not saying its a perfectly succinct response that MUST work, but it's a good stab at the problem. How about playing it out and then complaining, like Blizzard said in their post? They're not looking for first/gut reactions, they're looking for legitimate play problems that you can only bitch about if you've played the damn map.

They would have two shot shotted them if zerg units didn't have innate regen. To two shot an Infestor before the snipe nerf/buff, both snipes would have had to happen simultaneously

instead of making psionic units immune to fungal, why don't you just make them half damage or something. If the psionic immunity goes into real games then the 2 base sentry / immortal all-in will finally be impossible to stop. You can't exactly stop that push with some measure of success without infestors. This change might affect the meta-game for zergs now because they might need hydras in all their compositions now.
The worker is the most OP unit in the game... End of Story
