I always said the Colossus should be cut in favor of bringing the Reaver back...I aaaaalways said...

It might be based on this: Cordyceps fungus.

Colossi in PvP aren't a unit you get 30 of and hope to win. Anything more than 9-11 isn't worth it. I know what you're trying to say, but please don't stereotype a matchup as being laser wars when you don't understand how important composition is in that matchup.

a ton of fun (for me) I'm not good with P, but flying around with a prism and basically killing any base (on occasion) that didn't have detection + mobile troops with DTs was quite cool.

Man, PvZ is going to be so much fun now. Midgame and lategame are going to be both players trying to out multitask each other. Maybe we'll see a shift back into ling/muta styles now that turtling to hive is nerfed somewhat. I wouldn't even mind seeing a Hydra buff now that Protoss lategame is stronger.

LIKE the Fungal Cloud idea - would like to see a map with that!

Species of fungus that invades the host and controls the brain, forcing the hapless insects to stay still in certain places, so that the spores are released optimally.

Sounds like your opponent should have had more detection and spine crawlers. It is what protoss do when it gets to late game, though we call our spine crawlers “photon cannons”.
I hope this change makes it in, because I want to see speed prisms yanked back by Vipers when trying to escape. I’m thinking for my long term amusement here.

Anyone else think its funny that a few months ago we were complaining that ghosts were imba and now they're completely useless as a combination of the nerfs and the fact that zergs realized how good 20 infestors working together can be? I think I'd be comfortable with snipe getting buffed back to previous levels to add some utility to them besides a 200 min 100 gas unit that you're gambling might be able to emp or kill a 100 min 150 gas unit (but probably not).

EMP is a projectile, just a rather fast one. Storm and fungal are not projectiles. PDD only affects the shots, not spells, that form projectiles (otherwise they would stop SM, IT, medivacs, snipe(?) and EMP)
