I'm not defending having sex with underage girls, but it's very important we make a distinction.
Either one sends you to jail. But at least we know Stephano isn't a malicious asshole who brags about it, he just made an innocent mistake and was clearly upset by it.

It's pretty well known that Stephano got arrested at a Dreamhack for getting too drunk (including puking everywhere) and aggressive.
