As emotionally invested as people are on this topic, TL rules still apply. That includes flaming and ad hominem attacks.

Yeah, he's brash and outspoken, let us cheer him on and forgive him for his racial slurs, because they are OK in context and the fact that he is immature and acts like a 10 year old. Nope, let's forget all of that and still defend him. Whats freedom of speech?

Nope, let's forget all of that and still defend him. By defending Destiny's immaturity, it's a way for them to legitimize their own immaturity. The complete lack of self-actualization he shows when trying to defend his warped positions, and total lack of respect for women he sleeps with shows to me what kind of individual he is. My guess is that he doesn't respect himself either, but does love being the centre of attention. To be fair, it has worked well for him, so props... I guess? If someone doesn't care for integrity or for respecting other humans, it's their own call. I'm just glad most of the community has woken up to his shenanigans.

There are limits on Freedom of Speech, and honestly, some people shouldn't be allowed to say whatever they want

Disclosure: Before anyone aks, no, I didn't email any sponsors.

Its really a shame that Bluetea took all this to a whole new level, and that the participants had to start a tantrum. Only other player as fun as Destiny is incontrol, and destiny is way better at trolling/laming. Ill keep following him, this changes nothing for me personally. Im just sad he has seen such a setback, when its far from deserved. Oh, and i have also been in a similar situation in my teen years, so i sympathize with destiny as i think bluetea is responsible for this MESS. I truely hope he involves the law and finds peace from all this.

He has a gf right now, and she posted a statement on Reddit. Their relationship hasn't shown too many problems as of yet.

The reason a lot of people including me won't drop a tear for him is because he's taken pains to alienate people with ethics more developed than a high school nerd. Now when he needs the community's good will he finds his account at that bank is empty.

It sounds like a conversation I'd have had with my high school friends. Lack of respect for people. And that wasn't trolling, it was just a conversation he was having in private with friends. Sucks it got out, but the total lack of respect he shows for bluetea is disgusting.

Regardless of freedom of speech, the stuff that Destiny did during this situation and his statement about trying to ruin this woman's life really show his true colors. His behavior is dispicable and yet there are still people who are trying to say that he is the victim of this scenario. It's disturbing how devoted some of his fans are, because I'm pretty sure Destiny could commit hate crimes and there are people who would write it off as a form of Destiny expressing himself. You can say whatever you want, but it's disturbing how many people are willing to listen to him given how loathesome of a guy Destiny is. There is no doubt that freedom of speech is a great thing for us to have, but it also isn't worth anything when a large portion of people don't listen.

She clearly stated she got his skype and twitter access AFTER she found out about the incident. She trusted him, had some kind of relation otherwise she wouldnt send him nude pics. I dont see a point why she would be lying about that. TL detectives should help Steven and find the leaker. He is the one responsible for all that. On the other side we have tt1 and fayth saying they didn't leak the chat. If one of them did leak it it would make sense to lie about it, but leaking it to begin with does not really make sense either. For us outsider without more knowledge than we currently have it simply boils down to what seems more likely. When I read destinys and blueteas posts about it this weekend my first thought was that she probably had some form of crush on destiny and had secretly been stalking him by reading his skype chats and what not. Sounds pretty creepy and doesn't really mix with the impression I had of her from watching her play on stream with destiny etc but she didn't seem like a person that would post private photos of a(former) friend on the internet either, which she obviously did. I wouldn't even call my "first though" reasonable speculation since I don't know more about this than other random people on the internet but I don't see why we should necessarily believe everything she says when there is conflicting information either.

By being the outspoken childish asshole (aka having a non-mainstream personality) he is hurting his team´s success. He knows that many stupid people will react on his insults and actions and does it anyways and again and again. In these terms he has less wits than a monkey, who would not make the same mistake more often than 3 times... There is a Place for Destiny, its called "CounterStrikeCommunity" ![]() "dumbfuck" a lot. They also do not know how to treat women. It´ll be perfect. User was temp banned for this post.

I liked most of their players, just had 0 affinity for Destiny mostly for his general behavior outside game (via events or comments). And as for freedom of speech comment lol, wow. People should learn what it mean before throwing it left and right. Ff you don't respect other people or just act like an asshole, sooner or later it will come bite back. GL to Root and Destiny.
