The last team of PL would be a reigning champion of GSTL?
horrible news, I don't like the seeding one bit, as this takes spots away from players who will be playing in upcoming Code A qualifers, so players who are part of ESF teams get less chances this season to particpate.
Awesome. It's be an interesting drama roller coaster this past week, but I'm glad that it was all worked out. Now I can watch Parting tomorrow carry the Startale Banner in the OSL.
Amazing news! I wonder if Blizzard told them they were going to pull their broadcasting rights to get them in line or the ESF players pulling out of OSL was enough.
I especially like that Blizzard Korea got involved, but haven't really said a word. They let ESF/Kespa/GOM make all the press releases, and they kept themselves where they should have been. In the back scenes, forcing people to the negotiation table, and (just maybe) nudging people to do what was right. Could Blizzard have actually gotten through ESPORTS drama without being shit on by the forums?! Well, not now, because I jinxed it. But still.
KESPA finally realizing that no, seriously, ESF was going to fuck OSL if KESPA fucked GSL 4 has made my day. The best thing to come out of it is that ESF has established themselves as a legit force, a legitimate player's union kinda thing, and they've shown that they're exactly the Batman that GOM needed all those years ago when their BW tournament got shit on by KESPA.
On this day, every ESF member proved a true hero of ESPORTS. We should hand out medals. With little blue horse heads on them and everything.

They almost always seed 2 players. Before it was foreigners. Was that bad news too?
