Meh, BW/SC2 PL won't be over at that point. They really shouldn't participate.

Code S: probably Roro and By.sun. If they want the viewer rate to skyrocket: Jaedong+Flash.
Code A: Effort, Reality, Jaedong, CJhero.

should be alicia and first

Yeah, based on foreigner experiences they should, but the KeSPA players (preferably the legends) bring in much more viewers.

Are they going to seed 2 Kespa players there?

Edit: Oh yes, two to Code S and four to Code A. Neat.

For epicness and for WCS Result: Jaedong and Roro
For Racial Balance and WCS Result: Flash and Roro
For another form of epicness could be Jangbi and Fantasy

Hard to say really though. I'd say there's a pretty good chance that Roro will make the cut though.

Roro + CJ Entus Hero / SK Telecom Rain - No real argument here performance wise.

Perfect! It's great ESF is there to handle Kespa. Now it's just time to sit back, relax and watch some epic games. :D

It seems korean SC2 stays free for as long as KeSPA requires the non-KeSPA players. Which is as long as they won't have the strongest competition without non-Kespa players.

I think there's a strong argument to be made that it should be Jangbi and Fantasy, but my guess will be Flash / Jangbi. Based on results it should definitely be Roro + 1 (probably hero, by.sun or reality) but GOM is trying t oget viewers here.

there are basically 2 measures for seeds imo, either proleague individual results or wcs korea

have doubts that gom would use bw results for seeding (so no jangbi or fantasy) and also the fact that seeds were used to put kespa players in wcs korea leads me to believe proleague stats will be considered

dont know where to find the individual results of proleague players though, are they on liquipedia?

When did Kespa start to catch up? I stopped watching after PvProleague.

WCS Korea. After getting almost all killed in round one Kespa players went full elephant mode and trampled the loser bracket.

Crazy how Soulkey was one of the most hyped going into proleague (for SC2) and has now seemed to kind of fizzle out

Its different for each players, but all top10-15 players sorted by ranking cought to at least code a level.

The big resurgance happened around 1-2 month ago. When Roro won his match in WCS suddenly everyone started, but its still unclear when that happened in proleague.

Hope all the players get back to korea safely! I also would like the Code S seeds go to the 2 kespa players that did the best in WCS

Yaaaaay! I'm really glad this got resolved. I hope KeSPA doesn't have anything sneaky planned and will work together with GOMTV/ESF to develop SC2 esports in Korea.

Fairly obvious to me that Rain and RorO should be given Code S seeds. They got the furthest in WCS vs GOM players in the GOM studio. That has to account for a lot in a mixed group GSL.

The bigger question is who gets the Code A seeds. Again, based on WCS results it would have to be herO, Jaedong, Effort and Reality.

I think those make the most sense to start.
