I think more pros need to practice like this. Recreate specific situations and analyze/practice the hell out of them. For instance, use the replay resume app (or just create a custom modded game) and practice a late game TvZ where everyone is already maxed with broodlords, infestors, tanks, vikings, full upgrades, etc... That way you don't need to spend 20 minutes every time you want to practice your late game tactics and micro. Obviously practicing like this won't get you in the exact same situation as you would have been had you played the entire game up to the "late game" point, but I think cranking out 120 late game TvZ scenarios a day could certainly be very helpful vs. playing 30 full TvZ games. | ||
