You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

Can't you figure out every little thing the enemy player does by good scouting? IE Overlord speed, scans, multiple observers. If you look at videos of some of the maphacks they do more than just give map vision. They give you access to a production tab, tell you when you're about to be supply blocked, tell you your worker saturation, warn you when your opponent starts making a cloaked unit, all kinds of shit. Plus there's the hacks that micro your units for you. I guess we should stop calling them maphacks, because they basically play the game for you at this point.

Exactly.. a good hacker does not need to look into the fog at all (which is one of the few definitive giveaways) Impa's hacks would tell him what important units the opponent was building, e.g. banshee's. I am a platinum player, but with these hacks, and a bit of discipline, I am quite sure I could be masters without anyone ever detecting it.

This crap makes me strongly reconsider laddering tonight.

Sigh, I think map hackers are slightly dumber than drop hackers. The end goal of these hackers are to get in GM league and obtain a super high ranking. Drop hackers > map hackers in that drop hackers need to spend less time to win games and also they can just run their bots to drop hack. However, map hackers are probably low life/no life kids who wants to be famous using hidden advantages and scam lower league players for coaching. Maphackers/Scammers are the most despicable persons in gaming scene.

Hard to keep track on, you can't be like "oh that guy, I played him before too and I think the maphacked blabalba I saved the replay, here take a look" like there has been in this thread so far. You will just be one tiny fish in the sea, and if you would get caught it doesn't even matter because you are still anonymous. I can't check right now but I thought when you go to the player profile it shows the character code. If so you just have to screenshot the profile along with the replay. Anonymous you would not be, if that is the case.

I'm pretty sure I could beat top Koreans regularly if I had a map hack. Think about it. You don't NEED to use overlords to scout (thus sacking an overlord). You know immediately when they are doing anything. You know when they are expanding. You don't have to waste scans - you can mule instead. You don't have to waste robo timings - in fact, you don't even need to get a friggin' robo if you don't want. It honestly should be one of the most self-explanatory things in the game on how there's an immense difference.
