I have tracked games now but still dont see a graph! What to do? The analyser need one 100% game to judge your data. Quality under 50% means something went wrong. You can lower the chance this happens by activate the memory-scanner. Between 50%-100% depends on the game and is not in your hand. Just play more games. When you have one 100% game the analyser will analyse all games even the ones before and show the graph.
How many games do i need before i get a 100% game? 1 - infinity. Its not in your hand. Depends on the difference between you and your opponent in skill, league and tier.

Hi, sorry if I'm too lazy to read through all the pages. I've copies the source code into the plugins folder (no double foldering) but when I open up the manage plugins window it simply isn't showing up. Any thoughts?

i hope with source code you dont mean the source code Because you need to extract the zip file thats linked in the op
Also try update sc2 gears

The single best feature was when I played 4v4 random and I got to see the other team's league. Was I fighting the same league? or the one above? Was I fighting AT? Well, the tool gave me answers at the pop up, but no longer. Why?

I don't think that's a feature of this program. Are you looking for the SC2gears thread? http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=124689
I don't believe SC2Gears has that feature either, but if there's a plugin that does what you're looking for, you might be able to find it better in there. I know some programmers have made standalone programs to display your opponent to a stream, though those don't show a popup on screen to my knowledge. (Program in question: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=328318)

I think you're right. That feature has been there forever, now I get Failed to store replay in the Sc2gears Database: no Authorization key is set: C:\SC2Replay Archive\12-07-14 01-02-05.SC2Replay Unsupported replay version: 1.4.4.22418 (C:\SC2Replay Archive\12-07-14 01-02-05.SC2Replay)!
So that is a SC2Gear's problem (or mine, since I have no idea what a Auth. key is...)
(edit: no->now)

game count is always 0... sc2gears diagnostic says all my directories are setup properly, auto save replays is working, the log file shows each game i join with myself and my opponent... but game count stays at 0 and no stats.

So that is a SC2Gear's problem (or mine, since I have no idea what a Auth. key is...) (edit: no->now) Update Sc2gears, there's a new version out which handles 1.4.4 replays. You enabled to automatically store replays in the Sc2gears Database, that's why it is looking for an authorization key but it appears you did not set it (on the Sc2gears Database tab of the Misc settings dialog).

You neglected to mention the meaning of the colored dots on the graph (White, Gray (assumed), Filled). I had to infer their meaning from watching the log that created the dots. Please add, skeletor.

I have the exact same problem. Re-installed Sc2Gears still doesn't show up
don't know what i did but it is working now

ah, i found out, it only works if i click settings, then 'download new database' after each game... which is obv not going to work for me in the long term, is that a good clue that someone can use to determine real problem of relness and problemness?

You should only need to click it once. Try playing a few games?

Do you see posttrigger running after game is done? if not sc2gears not save replay correct
Try -update sc2gears -check ausotsave replay -enable voice lissen for "replay saved" -check folder where your sc2replays are -check folder where sc2gears copy or rename them to -check if the replay of the game is copy/renamed

EDIT: I am a fool who probably was way too tired late at night (early in the morning) and downloaded the source code and not the correct file. Please excuse my ignorance. T.T
