Also for master and gm guys who only have 1 tier it show how they stand in master /gm very accurate.

It looks much nicer with the newer version (download latest "unstable" one), and you can customize the background image. =)

Damit, now i have to write a image analyser that detect protoss pictures and replace them by terran ones

The adjusted points of the highest GM (not to be confused with rank 1 GM on ladder. To find out out's the GM with the highest adjusted points, use this) player on server. Since adjusted points converge towards DMMR, this should be close enough to the #1 player's MMR.
An interesting thing to note about possible MMR cap: If you are a really good player and your MMR is capped, you don't mind it at all. It does not affect your adjusted points in anyway whatsoever. The people who are affected by your MMR being capped are your opponents. They get less points for beating you and lose more points for losing against you. What this means is that as long as not too many players at the top are MMR capped, we can infer with reasonable accuracy a capped MMR player's uncapped MMR by simply looking at his adjusted once once he has played enough games for his adjusted points to stabilize.

Just a heads up, the remaining bonus pool on kr.battle.net appears to be inaccurate. After my last game, my correct bonus pool (as seen in Starcraft 2) was 4, and my opponent's was 0. On our kr.battle.net profile pages, my bonus pool was 235 and his was 231. After checking several other player profiles, it appears that the remaining bonus pool is off by 231 on kr.battle.net.

That's not unique to the Korean server. The webpage displays unspent bonus pool for players below Master as if they were in Master. 231 is the current difference between Master bp and below Master bp on the Korean server atm.
It's actually a fortunate bug because without it we would not have been able to calculate the adjusted points of players who got demoted from Master correctly. So it's not a bug, it's a feature =)

I'd rather
3) LOW SKILL --- F Diamond - S Diamond - Master --- HIGH SKILL
Your system is fine, keep the t0. If I use the "S-F" I mean Highest -> Lowest, if I use "t0-t6", then I mean Lowest -> Highest, so we can use both, no problem, they are opposite, we can use them for different reasons.
However, notice that it is the tier S (and not t0) that has a "special" offset. Diamond S -> master is 150, for example, so I think the S fits here and I think I can keep both systems just fine, as long as people know what each one means.
Keep the t0->t6 in the plugin, it's fine. I will use S<-F here if needed to explain things.

People should look at their skill not their tier not their division or league. In the end we want to undo all this pseudo skill system for children that blizzard invented and go back to a normal skill system

2.4 Unstable out. This will be stable if no new bugs come. Also i think im done with programming i added everything you can think of. Tieroffsets and session data is now downloaded in extra file! so i can update the data without forcing you to update the client.

I have a question
If possible, would any master/gm post their respective ladder points?
Obviously, only knowing your own MMR does not say much, especially if you have a large chunk of bonus pool. With 300 bonus pool and 650 points, my current mmr stands roughly at 500~.
Could anyone with all their points spent give me some points of comparison?

Could anyone with all their points spent give me some points of comparison? Thats... Ahhhhh.... Ok....... mh...... You know this tool calculate your mmr and dont just copy your "points"? So there is no bonus pool or points any more. In other words: we did not all this work to just show you ladderpoints in a graph oO
It show your REAL skillpoints. forget all the blizzard pseudo skill things. Download the unstable and it give you a number in the top to compare with others.
|
Well the idea is that my own mmr has no standing if I don't have anyone to compare it to paired with a preexisting point system. As far as I know, the opponent had roughly 400 mmr with 900~ points, but I didn't have the plugin running while I was playing other players, and thus have no other point of comparison without playing games, which I cannot do at this current moment.
Essentially, what I am saying is, due to the fact that I have not yet spent my bonus pool, I do not have a comparison ladder point wise. My alternative is to compare the mmr of different players in different positions on the ladder as to identify my relative standing on the ladder.

Think of your MMR as where your (adjusted points + league offset) want to be. You want to compare yourself to Master players? Calculate their adjusted points (adjusted points = ladder points + unspent bp - server total bp) and compare it to your MMR by adding the Master offset to their adj pts. You can see the Master offset in the graph, it's the Master promotion line minus 73, so ~1625 and slightly less for US.
Alternatively compare your adj pts to theirs. This only works for Master/GM players though.
|
|
Checking the promotion min boxes will draw on the graph where the MMR barrier to entering that league lies (the system still waits until your moving average stabilizes before promoting you, but once you pass the line it's only a matter of time). The single exception is the "Nr.1" which is the position of the first player on the server, for reference.

Last Changes:+ Show Spoiler + -Cleaned Options -Improved Chart -Korean accounts fixed. -Help added -Tier & Session Data Downloader added -Gui improved -Gui settings are saved on exit -New F function -New Analyser -New Tier offsets
All bnetserverdata can now downloaded on the fly so its not necessary to update the client as often. Also i added everything i can think of. We found out near (but only near) everything about MMR in the last month. When we have the exact offset we should be as accurate as possible. Thank you guys for helping us and uploading so much data. Overall we collected over 20k games!
by the way: i wonder that no one found the easteregg yet

Your source code is broken, so I can't scour it for an easter egg. >
