Would still like the lurker though lol. Interesting Nydus changes, I think it's unnecessary though, should change some numbers or something.

I totally forgot it existed until I saw this dev blog =/ Well, in the current season of GSL(group stage) Hero used them vs Curious on Metropolis... He won the game. Not that far back in time , huh... Probably Blizzard will scrap more than half of the things shown at Blizzcon. The idea of the different Nydus worms is mind boggling. Also the "Overseer is not interesting enough" line is beyond me...It's a detector, it doesn't need to be interesting and fun to use. IMO they are trying to be too creative.

SC2 needs more spreading, so I support a spell more like Disruption Web, and what they showed at Blizzcon. I want more abilities like this that encourage players to spread their units. I was hoping that this new blind spell acted like ensnare, where the units afflicted are just temporarily brought to 1 range. I remember long ago, during the early days of SC2 (i.e. Fruitdealer era) when someone on TL proposed something like that.

MC was using it on ladder earlier today. You wont need more than 6 phoenix to kill a shit load of mutas.

Terran need a light mech unit that isn't countered by the immortal, maybe some sort of super ground viking that can't fly. Or battle hellion but that's armored so... I can see sending 6 vipers behind enemy mineral lines, through up the blind cloud near them and sucking the minerals to prevent minding. terran/zerg needing to send air units to deal with it.

Protoss The tempest was a powerful splash anti-air capital ship at BlizzCon. With the addition of the range upgrade on phoenix in Wings of Liberty we no longer feel like a splash anti-air weapon is necessary on the protoss, but we would still like to give the protoss some additional firepower in the air. The tempest is currently a very long-ranged aerial siege weapon that can strike both air and ground targets. This gives the protoss army some real reach to force an engagement on their terms in the end-game. I sincerely hope this does not go through. It would completely cripple Brood Lords in PvZ, thus kinda ruining the matchup when either Zerg wins or Protoss gets a third base up and wins. In BW you could snipe a reaver even with mass zerglings (+ hydras to your liking) (assuming you had scourge so no dropship escape) because the reaver would not shoot fast enough after the first shot, even when you had multiple reaver and microed them to not shoot at the same time. Also they costed minerals for each shot, could not cliff walk, were slower than colossi, you could not park units below them (no clumping units up) so way more surface area for melee units, you could not chrono boost them out, and most of all the shots of a colossus do not bug into doing zero damage (the attack thingy not finding a path to the enemy unit/getting stuck on ramps/exploding doing no damage etc. You know the drill) Yeah, i played P in BW. And even though it was cool to have fancy micro and drop your reaver in enemy mineral lines, usually they would be fast enough to pull workers and you did zero damage. I would even make an argument for reaver shot AI being worse than Dragoon AI.

I hope the unit (or building, or whatever that launches the missile) looks like the old World War II railroad guns like this:http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3443/3177135272_12dcff8ea3.jpg Maybe for TvT, but I can't imagine how this will work out well for zerg- T has siege tanks AND THEN this thing? Lings and banes will no longer stand a chance.

It doesn't sound much different from a carrier, and we know how often that is used.....

Someone used the upgrade in IPL vs Mutas too if I recall correctly.
