Even after getting knocked out of the tourny he was playing in, he still signed autographs and posed for pictures throughout the nite, even while laddering! the man very much appreciates his fans and esports in general. This. I met the guy on like 15 occasions at Dreamhack, when I went for a piss I would run into the guy, when I went for a smoke, he was there. On all occasions guy was polite as you could want and showed some good play in the groups too. The broken English is charming and all, but the guy's actual personality is much more so!

thorzain, grubby and whitera are in a minority in that they almost never let anger/frustration take over. they view everything logically and activate the problem solving part of the brain to win. they put players like idra and naniwa to shame. oh right, idra doesn't 'gg' because it wasn't a good game... wait a minute, do you really think anyone actually cares if idra thinks it was a 'gg' or not? it's manners that you say gg as an abbreviation for 'i submit' before leaving the game... the fact that it originally meant 'good game' is completely irrelevant. it's a game, if you lose then you have to remember that you're playing against someone who likely worked at least as hard as you to get that win. if you don't agree with that, then frankly you're the definition of a scrub and blame your bad play on something like cheese strat or balance etc.

He is a great player and great guy, he is awesome. My favourite quote: During TL Attack, he said that when he first met with his wife, he told her that he was: "fighting for the defense of my country in cybersports."

A thread about The Great Ra is sacred, and should not be defiled by negativity.

Close as in some different words but I think they can understand each other, at least I think that's what White-Ra mentioned once on his stream. Correct me if I'm wrong ![]() Yea in Ukraine in a conversation sometimes one person will talk Russian and the other will talk Ukranian and it doesn't really cause any issues.
