against terran, upgrades are not THAT important as some people might say. an upgrade advantage from toss with equal army supply is almost useless for gatewayunits, and the toss army get roflstomped from mmm or emp anyway. its a step in the right direction but don't overrate this "buff".

and zergies: toss stuff is very expensive, this buff will not have that much effect, no need to be scared now.

the emp nerf is way more effective.

Yay for a long awaited ghost nerf! Now they just need to increase the energy cost for snipe or make it shorter range and Im all wiggly.

Gotta love everyone having a melt down already. Its going to save 25/25resources level 2 wep and armour and level 3 wep 50. Total of 150 resources each upgrade type. Yeah completely game breaking guys. Its going to be exactly the same except we can now afford an extra stalker.

EMP change is very needed however.

Finally cheeper upgrades. Its been a long time. 400/400 for shields was just crazy.

This is interesting because protoss upgrades are now cheaper as well as quicker than other races upgrades. :o

I get the shield upgrade price reduction but why the level 2 & 3 weapons and armor? Now Protoss' upgrades are cheaper than a Terran's

Not really happy about the decreased upgrade costs (rabble rabble rabble Protoss, blah blah blah I hate them).

But it's about time they fixed that missing icon bug. I can't tell you how many times my mouse icon has changed to a stack of little bars--makes it difficult to click on anything accurately, I'll tell you that.

If you can't jam with the best, then you have to slam with the rest.

Lol the change in price really doesn't affect much. As someone said above, protoss players need more than this. Slightly cheaper upgrades (a one time buy, not for every unit so the buff seems bigger than it actually is) aren't going to be affecting the vast majority of players.

The upgrade buff is nice, but gateway units are going to be bad in any case. Timings will not come any faster than they are now. If anything we'd have one or two more units at a given timing. One more zealot or stalker is not going to kill anyone.
