Terran units look awful...maybe it's the reddish color but still.
They should have worked from the goliath's model.

Also the replicant is basically an infestor with only neural parasite, seems kinda boring to me.
And the oracle role is very abstract for now...

I am a bit afraid they are just too powerful all of them, but hey they actually managed to create cool units. Now hope they devote more time on balance (not only on ladder) when the expansion is out.

New units huh? I wonder how these will affect current builds.

Looking at the terran units, it looks like Mech is going to start to be better, which is always as plus. I think the thor is being replaced by that air shooting thingy.

EDIT: Also it looks like we figured out every unit from the pics blizzard released, except for the zerg one, which looks to be... interesting

Read the top of the images, "Multiplayer." These won't be singleplayer only.

I'm a little confused about the oracle as it doesn't mention detection (seems silly to have observers too). Maybe it's more geared towards harassment.

The replicant seems like it will be riddled with balance problems just based on the concept. Either its cost is too high and it's useless to clone most units (especially non-massive), or the cost is too low and its insanely OP. Cloning just seems to be such a strange mechanic. Just speculation of course, soo excited for HOTS now.

I have to agree. Thors look awesome but they are too sluggish. They are kind of random in the way they punish mutas or are overwhelmed by them--it's just not very interesting. It's a unit that completely snowballs one way or the other in a battle. It's funny how the changes are basically becoming more like SC1, at a glance--funny and probably good.

seems like it's gonna be back to goliaths! except the warhound just looks plum goofy and awkward.
but on second thought, snowballing units were always good in sc1 weren't they?

The tempest is described as a capital ship. Does that mean it's going to replace the Carrier? I'm going to be really sad if it does. If it is to replace the carrier with superior AoE mechanics it ultimately doesn't bode well for the general mechanic of units clumping and AoE being ultra powerful.
